The open letter from Mujahideen of the Islamic Republic of Ichkeria to the leadership of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Bismillaher Rahmaner Rahim Praise be to Allah subhanahu wa Ta'ala (S.T.)! Peace and blessing be to the Prophet of Allah (a.s.s), his family and his companions and those who are following him till the Day of Judgement. Praise be to Allah (S.T.), who made us Muslims and bestowed upon us the blessing of Jihad. Amma ba'd Assalamu alaikum wa rahmatullahe wa barakatuh Mujahideen of the Islamic Republic of Ichkeria decided to write an open letter to the leadership of Islamic Republic of Iran. The reason for this was the announcement of the ambassador of Iran in Moscow, during May of this year about the war in Caucasus. The Iranian ambassador announced that the events in Chechnya is the internal issue of Russia, Iran is favoring the territorial integrity of Russia and Iran will extend its help to the sufferings in the war through the Russian government. Initially this announcement caused only sorrow to us and we chose to ignore it. But later on we decided to write an open letter to you for the sake of Allah, so that it can serve as a witness to Allah on the Day of Severe Judgement, when all of us will be asked about our actions in this world. Allah (S.T.) knows that your achievements caused happiness to us and your failures brought about anguish to us. Your announcement put us in confusion, whether this was the teaching of the Great Imam Khumeni to you. The Mujahideen of Chechnya are continuing the holy struggle against the Kafirs for the safeguard of their belief in Allah and independence of their land. We never asked for help from any one. We put our trust in the might and mercy of Allah (S.T.). We know that Allah will protect His Deen and we are thankful to Him that He gifted us the chance to engage in His deed. We had the desire to put forward some questions to you, who call yourselves the leaders of an Islamic state. These are not the questions of common men but Muslim Mujahids, who are fighting with their souls in the name of Allah (S.T.) and are accepting manly death in His way. And thus following are the questions:

1) What is the reason for you to be moving closer to the kafirs than to the Muslims? Do you have the permission of Allah to do so?

2) Who exempted you from Jihad?

3) Why the killing of Muslims is the internal affair of kafirs?

4) Why do you need nuclear reactor? And do you really expect that it will be given to you?

5) What do you intend to do if for example Israel bombs your reactor?

6) What will you do next, if you achieve the nuclear bomb?

7) Apart from Iraq and Afghanistan, against whom else do you intend to use it?

8) Is acquiring the bomb and loyalty to the Russians more powerful than the might and mercy of Allah (S.T.)

9) What is the difference among the white, red and black pigs?

10) Don't you think that it is better for the Chechens to protect the Arab camel or Iranian sheep instead of Russian pigs?

11) If Ichkeria is the internal issue of Russia, then why is not Iran the internal issue of America?

12) The leaders of the Islamic states, who are feeding the soldiers of the enemy of Allah in the shape of humanitarian aid; can they be called the Muslims?

13) On the basis of which arguments and facts do you show loyalty to Russian kafirs and call us terrorists?

14) Is it not better to be the terrorist in the eyes the kafirs, than to be the munafiq before Allah? (May Allah protect us from it.)

15) Provide us if you have the quotes from the Holy Quran, which tell us to reject our belief, the claim to our land, integrity and freedom and become kafirs or even to refuse jihad in order to avoid the anger of kafirs.

16) Don't you feel that you have become the alliance of the godless nation with satanic approach against the Muslims?

17) May be you don't think us to be the Muslims? Then you should put forward your arguments.

18) May be the reason is that we are sunnies and not shia?

19) Then why are you helping the Armenia against Azerbaijan, while the later in its majority and according to their belief and ethnic signs are your closer relatives?

20) Are you not afraid of the appearance of Mahdi, who will chop your heads before all?

21) If you can not achieve your desires whilst claiming to be Muslims, then become kafir. As the Holy Quran indicates the only way that the kafir will be at peace with you when you become like them.

22) You may seem to be playing at big politics today, which we are not understanding, may be in your view, the killing of the innocent Muslims serving as a sacrifice for the brighter future of Islam to give you strength and will enable you to avenge our bloodshed of today.

23) What is the higher strategic target of the Iranian nation?

24) Have we asked you for help? Could you not remain silent and making no such dangerous announcements to avoid the rage of Allah?

25) Iran is the close neighbor of Caucasus and Chechnya. According to the Shariat, is it not your duty to Allah (S.T.) to participate in Jihad and support the Muslims fighting for Islam?

We are ending our questions and remind you that the whole power and might are in the hands of Allah - the Great. We are fighting in His way. With His help, we will destroy the satanic Russian empire with the will of Allah and we will give you all their nuclear reactors and bombs without any reward, because we don't need these things. We have arms, which are stronger than all the bombs of the world. This is the might and mercy of Allah (S.T.). Let the whole world be opponent to our struggle, we will be victorious Inshaallah and there is no doubt in it! These questions are related to the leaders of whole Islamic world, except Afghanistan. Every Muslim should reply to these questions. The Holy Quran says, "Who is following the right way, he is following it for himself; and who goes astray, he is doing harm to himself, no load holder will not carry the load of other…. And we did not punish till we sent the messengers."
