Our
democracy, alas, did not take place. It came back, gave oak, and passed away -
according to master Bezenchuk's classification - or, simply stated, it was
covered with copper basin. Yeltsin, with this enthusiasm was elected in 1991,
did not maintain the role of leader, prophet, our Mosey - and oh, as it would
not prevent us to spend 40 years with him in the desert in order to forget about
the Soviet boilers with «social guarantees». But Yeltsin, alas, curdled after
only 9 years and instead of Mosey proved to be Hindenburg as was predicted to
him repeatedly in last years of his presidency. «Tedious is life in this world,
gentlemen!»
As much, we overlooked! It is not late whether to be executed now? Or only now -
that, beaten and smartened, we will be able to lay road to ourselves by breast
in the reign of freedom? Perhaps, above the basic errors precisely now, when
there is time and there is no, since the dark forces maliciously oppress us,
possibility whatever actively to act (for whom generally there is nothing,
besides prison walls around yes the lattice), needs to think over it.
No
one among us had
to construct democracy, using the fallen freedom from the sky. Main - that
misfortune, it goes without saying, that the freedom precisely fell from the sky,
but was not achieved, paid by the blood, was obtained in combat and marches: But
even by that free freedom, which to us as hare of the
sheepskin coat, endowed from the lordly arm of the candidate for memberships in
the Politburo of CC of the CP of USSR, Yeltsin, it was nevertheless to use («to
profit», as speaks Novodvorskaya) much clever.
So this is to no one. Did not have we its forefront detachment. But there were
only sickly and amorphous motions of the type «Demrosia», which they solidly
knew, against whom they (in essence against the government of Gorbachev -Ryjkov
in 1990), but in no way could formulate their common «in favour of». Yes even
they did attempt to formulate? - Judging by that, how many of them as long ago
as 1993 proved to be in BD together with Rutsky and Khasbulatov:
We gave vote to all. Even lustration naïvely - good Yeltsin did not care to
organize. During September 1991, all in the horror shouted about search of the
witches - only, may God save us, and not allow it! - and therefore communists (together
with already then by the conceived Nazis) remained frightened, but not destroyed,
as would follow. They bred in the next years so that year 1993 became simply
inevitable. And now, although we solidly defend the democratic constitutional
system of year 1993, to make this is sufficiently complex: indeed simultaneously
with the referendum, by which was passed this first democratic constitution in
the history of Russia, passed the parliamentary elections, in which won the
fascist Zhirinovsky.
And what - to recognize now choice of people partially to 1/2, but people
sympathies at the same moment with Zhirinovsky
(or in 2 years to Zyuganov) - not to recognize? We, strictly, do not recognize
them, and people even can be not right! - but it would nevertheless like larger
unity, so to speak, form and content in the democratic country. Otherwise, this
always ends with the fact, at what we arrived today.
Result, as said, is before the eyes. That regular result, which takes place
always, if we do not complete the revolutions initiated or to lightly charge
this to one - only person, even «warrantor».
No criticism maintains «Human Rights» approach of our present Democrats, even
quite best of those remaining the same, of those refusing from the very
beginning to dance under the Putin’s pipe. They are ready to recognize
identical rights after all and to shield all. Friends, true, with the large
enthusiasm, than enemies - but even enemies also. Those Komsomol members
themselves, who and by them, to their defenders as to one their one-party men in
Kaluga, will plant bomb under the door of apartment and will explode. Those
Barkashov themselves will shoot them. Such «fighters» anywhere do not befit.
They will act not of the interests of the matter, but obeying to the voice of
its conscience, which, of course, in general is good, but in them for some
reason acquires usually form of «earrings for all sisters». That the interests
of the protection of each separate Barkashov or communist in each special case
come in the insoluble and tragic contradiction with the common plan of
alteration and perestroika of society as a whole - they do not persistently want
to note. Selecting part instead of whole, Human Right Activists will obtain as a
result neither whole nor even part.
Instead of them fight with the tyranny must the iron army of freedom. It must
grow, be forged, be formed under the fire. Such possibilities in proportion to
the development of situation will be more and it is more, already in what - in
that, but in the repressions of deficiency, it will not foresee. The army, which
instead of the eternal indeterminate whimpering and the sighs will set finally
before itself as a goal - and it will move to it. Without stopping - at least,
it is moral - not before any obstacle.
Yes, strictly, all our differences and spore, all present disagreements between,
conditionally speaking, Human Right Activists and revolutionary, lie exclusively
at the moral sphere. To do actually, we thus far nevertheless nothing can (although
«Human Right Activists» nevertheless have more such possibilities than us).
But here its moral relation to the problem, being prepared for the future
battles, is obligated to explain already today. Or Human Right Activist lisping
with the red-brown, their eternal moderation and accuracy, and the fear of
someone, who seems to them enormous military potential of those sympathizing to
frighten away by sharp slogan or phrase. Or democracy for the Democrats, but if
enemy does not surrender - they destroy it. This indeed is so simple - for the
normal person - to become Democrat and to use all goods of democracy.
And our calculation - not according to horde of people and riff-raff, which are
principally incapable of this, but which so feel sorry and about «social
security» of which so worry our «Human Right Activists» - moralists and
humanists. It will be sufficient. They already tried one time. The horde of
people loved Zyuganov, but, after all, nevertheless was inclined to the side of
Putin - as, «real Colonel!» Following time is necessary simply to be more
cleverly and to the elections even is close such not to allow - not hero of this
novel, not - desirably - their electorate. But that again after ten years will
not bring more sadly in the world.
Democracy against the freedom is idiotic situation, which became traditional. As
soon as you will remove from the slaves of boot-tree and give rights to them -
they in the free elections voluntarily and with enthusiasm elect for themselves
rulers of their yesterday's overseers. And - that the most terrible - to us
together with itself! Such is already the destiny of this nation and this
country, and it will be impossible to cure it, apparently. Democracy must not be
converted into ochlocracy, but the mask of democracy cannot cover ochlocracy -
such is the main lesson of the Yeltsin’s period of the history of Russia.
Everything that occurred in the country from the very moment of the explosions
of apartments in Moscow during September 1999 - this was precisely ochlocracy,
the authority of crowd, the authority of the mass hysteria of the lost senses of
the herd. And precisely this hysteria raised Putin to the throne. Our Army of
Freedom - the name, of course, purely conditional - only just is added. But the
beaten armies, as is known, it is started better than not beaten. It was
worthwhile only for Yeltsin’s 91 to introduce lustration, was worthwhile only
to drive away KGB, to recognize immediately independence of Chechnya: Ah, how
many possibilities were missed!.. We must care and bring up our soldiers so that
they would not be frightened as their fathers in year 1991, «search for witches»
and they did not repeat these errors next time.
Present self-sufficient imperial statehood of Russia is incompatible with
democracy. It means, it will collapse or it will be by one method or another
destroyed. Heroic Chechen partisans make today only first steps toward this
target, whereas revolutionary party must continue already in Moscow itself. The
country, where the authority by centuries exists for itself, considering all the
population only given and serfs, without depending on them and despising them,
it is genetically incapable of democracy. It means, Russia - this rotten boot
tree, which lies across the road of humanity - there must not be and already
through years 15-20 will not be present on the political map. The daily
nightmare of civilized world at last will end. Democracy will be, and Russia
will not be here.
