On the authority of Anas bin Malik (RA), the Messenger of Allah (SAWS) said: "Whosoever
fights in a single battle in the Path of Allah has rendered unto Allah all acts
of obedience. "So whosoever wills, then let him believe and whosoever wills
then let him disbelieve. Indeed we have prepared for the wrongdoers a fire."
[Quran 18:29]. The Companions asked: "After this hadith that we have heard
from you, who will then abandon Jihad and sit behind?" He (SAWS) said:
"Those whom Allah has cursed, His Anger is upon and for whom He has
prepared a severe punishment are a people who will appear near the end of time
and they will deny Jihad. My Lord has taken an oath upon Himself that He will
not break, that whichever of His servants meets him in such a state, He will
punish him in such a way that He has not punished anyone in the Universe."

(Mashari-ul-Ashwaq by Ibn Nuhaas, Vol. 1, P. 107)]
On
the authority of Zaid bin Aslam Al-Adawi (RA) from his father (RA), the
Messenger of Allah (SAWS) said: "Jihad will remain sweet and green as
long as rain continues to drop from the sky, yet there will come upon the people
a time when their scholars will say: 'This is not the time for Jihad.' So
whoever witnesses this time then let him know that this is the best time for
Jihad." The Companions asked: "O Messenger of Allah (SAWS), will
anyone really say that?" He (SAWS) replied: "Yes, he upon whom is the
curse of Allah, His Angels and all of mankind." [Ibn Asakir transmitted
it. (Mashari- ul-Ashwaq by Ibn Nuhaas, Vol. 1, P. 110)]
SPIN BOLDAK: NOORZAI TRIBAL VILLAGE BOMBED BY US WARPLANES
KANDAHAR(Islam
News): US warplanes carried out fierce bombing on the Noorzai tribal village.
According to news reports, the Noorzai tribal village, Tazai, near to Spin
Boldak was heavily bombed by US warplanes at about 10 am on Thursday morning.
American agents informed the US authorities that the Noorzai tribesmen had given
shelter to Arab Mujahideen. The Americans showed their customary enemity towards
Islam and Muslims and intensely bombed one of the villages of this tribe. The
losses due to this bombing cannot be estimated until now.

YOUNG BOYS KILL TWO GUL AGHA FIGHTERS IN KANDAHAR
KANDAHAR(Islam
News): Two of paedophile Gul Agha's fighters were shot dead by two young Afghan
boys. These two fighters were on guard duty equipped with a 'Zarkai' heavy
machine gun when two young boys came and suddenly opened fire on them from their
Kalashnikovs, killing the two fighters on the spot. This two attackers were so
young that hair had not even appeared on their beards. After this operation,
they took away the Zarkai gun of the fighters and succeeded in escaping to a
safer place.

IN SUPPORT OF USAMA BIN LADIN IN SOUTH KOREAN SCHOOLS

(International Desk): Young kids in South Korean schools have disturbed the
authorities by singing songs in support of Usama Bin Ladin. According to local
media sources, in the schools of the South Korean city of Posan and its interior
province, the authorities have made special arrangements to stop the kids from
singing songs in favour of Usama Bin Ladin. Education officers in Posan have
also been ordered to stop the kids from singing songs in favour of Usama Bin
Ladin, and explain to them the 11th September events and the War against
Terrorism headed by the American Government. According to the South Korean
newspaper, Jongang, the kids sing the following song in support of Usama Bin
Ladin:

like Usama Bin Ladin very much.
I'll
become a terrorist when I grow up
The
American President Bush is the personality I hate most"

THE ARMY SETUP UNDER THE HEAD OF COMMUNIST GENERAL ASIF DILAWAR

(Islam News): The puppet Afghan government head, Hamid Karzai has ordered the
establishment of a new Afghan army and named Communist General Asif Dilawar as
the army chief. According to reports, this general is anti- Pakistan. On 26
December 2001, Hamid Karzai ordered Defence Minister General Faheem to establish
a new army which included representatives of all groups including Pashtuns. It
must be mentioned that the named chief of this army, Communist General Asif
Dilawar, has strong relations with Russia and India and he has always expressed
ill feelings for Pakistan.

HYPOCRITES AND APOSTATES SURFACE IN MUSLIM COMMUNITIES AROUND THE WORLD
LONDON
(Special Report): The 11 September attacks and the US Crusade against Islam has
brought some benefits to the Muslim Ummah. One of these benefits is that it has
exposed hypocrites and apostates within the ranks of the Muslims, such as 'Imams',
'scholars' and community leaders who claim to be Muslims but are actually
working for and providing information on Muslims to the disbelieving
intelligence agencies. The last few days has seen the spokesman of a British
mosque openly claiming to have passed on names and information on 'extremists'
within the Muslim communities, to the local authorities, in the name of Islam.
Assisting
disbelievers against Muslims is one of the ten nullifications of Islam according
to the concensus of the Muslim scholars. A Muslim who purposefully assists
disbelievers against Muslims, whether by physical, material, financial or
information assistance, nullifies his Islam, meaning that his wife should
divorce him, there is no inheritance from him, there is no funeral prayer for
him and nor can he be buried amongst the Muslims. This state continues unless or
until he publicly repents and declares his Shahaadah (Testimony of Faith) again.
