One
of leaders of so-called opposition «Batumi Alliance», member of parliament,
Dzhemal Gogitidze declares, that now in Pankis gorge are up to two thousand
efficient men - Chechens. In interview with Georgian MASS-MEDIA, he named this
problem «serious and critical», having noted, that on the agenda, there is any
more only a question of claims of Russia in this occasion, but also the factor
of insult of Chechens. He is unable to predict situation on problem of Chechens
in Georgia. According to the deputy, Georgia supports so-called «international
anti-terrorist
coalition», but at the same time «is not absolutely clear in question of
presence of efficient Chechens». He considers, that in Tbilisi, representation
of Chechen Republic should not function.
In
view of statements of the Georgian oppositionist, it is possible to assume, that
his concept of "efficient Chechen" enters all men's population of
Pankis from among refugees at the age of 10 to 60 years. This age qualification
was determined in due time by Kremlin for Chechens subject to destruction by all
accessible forces and means of Russia and its allies. It is possible, that
Dzhemal Gogitidze soon can make with one more anti-Chechen announcement, having
recollected scandalous passage of general - criminal Shamanov about «children
and wives of insurgents», who are subject to full physical destruction.
But
not only problems of Pankis suddenly, from that, from this, has attended
deputy - oppositionist. The deputy considers, that the conclusion of so-called
Russian peacekeepers from a zone of the Georgian-Abkhaz conflict without their
due replacement threatens with new confrontation.
In interview of Prime – News, he told, that such confrontation «in any case»
would be finished by negative consequences for Georgia as due to fault of
authorities in the country, there is no sufficient military potential for
protection of national interests. Thus Gogitidze noticed, that in independent
state, there should not be foreign army, but, proceeding from an objective
situation, stay of the Russian peacekeepers, whose mandate expires on December
31, represents «specific necessity».

on the point that Russian armies, as though are not foreigners?
It
is necessary to notice, that all statements of the deputy - oppositionist
sounded exactly on traces of stay in Southern Caucasus of Defence Secretary of
USA, Rumsfeld. We shall remind, that Rumsfeld, during the trip, publicly has
declared that intention of USA to render military help to Georgia and Azerbaijan.
