AMEER-UL-MUMINEEN,
MULLA MUHAMMAD UMAR, ANNOUNCES START OF GUERILLA WAR TO PROTECT CIVILIANS FROM
US TERRORISM
KANDAHAR:
A senior Taliban commander reported Friday that the US has been bombing cowardly
on the civilians of Kandahar for more than 45 days. The deaths of 2000 innocent
civilians in the last week, in the areas of Kandahar, Helmand and Zabul etc. is
the clear evidence of the ruthlessness and terrorism of the US in its 'War
against Terrorism'. US soldiers have also been dealing very inhumanly with the
innocent Afghan refugees who are moving from one city to another, seeking
shelter.
The
Taliban commander said that Mulla Umar was deeply concerned about all this, and
has thus decided to start a guerilla war exclusively against the US forces and
its allies. He said that all preparations and arrangements for the guerilla war
have been completed by the Taliban and they are all set for this Jihad which
will continue against the US under all circumstances and the Americans will have
to take to their heels in defeat eventually. History holds evidence how Britain
and the USSR faced defeat in this very land of Jihad (Afghanistan). As in the
past, the British had occupied half of the cities in Afghanistan but the
Mujahideen continued their guerilla war for years and the British had no choice
but to surrender. Not only this, but the Mujahideen defeated the Soviet Union
after a long guerilla war and they too were compelled to leave Afghanistan which
they had occupied for period of 10 years. Now it seems that Allah has planned a
means to teach the same lesson which had been taught to the British and Soviet
Union before, to the greatest satanic force of the present day world, USA.
He
further said that in a guerilla war, the civilians will not have to suffer, it
will be a fight of the Mujahideen soldiers against the American soldiers and
this will enable the Taliban to concentrate on inflicting heavy damage to the US
troops and other anti-Taliban forces.
THE
JIHAD AGAINST AMERICA TRANSFORMED TO A GUERILLA WAR. CONTROL OF KANDAHAR
TRANSFERRED TO MULLA NAQEEB
KANDAHAR
(Islam News): On the orders of Ameer-ul-Mumineen, the Taliban have decided to
initiate an exclusive guerilla war against the US forces and the other
anti-Taliban groups. For this reason, the Taliban leaders have decided to leave
the main city of Kandahar and have signed a significant pact with Mulla Naqeeb (an
experienced Afghan commander).
On
Friday, the joint shura (council) of the Taliban and Mulla Naqeeb discussed the
points of the pact in detail. After agreeing on the pact, the Taliban gave the
control of Kandahar to Mulla Naqeeb.One of the spokesmen of Mulla Umar, Mulla
Nazar, stated the main points of the pact which have already been discussed:
1.
Taliban will have full control on the Kandahar front-lines for the time being,
to prevent treachery. The military control will also be in the hands of Taliban
for the time being.
2.
In case of any US ground attack, all the participants of the pact will defend
Kandahar unitedly.
3.
Hamid Karzai will guarantee the protection and freedom of the Taliban captives
in Mazar-i-Sharif.
It
should be made clear that all of this was planned so that the Taliban could
concentrate solely on the special tactics which they have planned against the US
forces and its coalition. Furthermore, Mulla Nazar asked the Muslim Ummah not to
pay any attention to the news which the Western media is giving. Their main aim
is to sadden and dishearten the Muslims, but by Allah, we will never let the
Muslim Ummah down. We all are ever-determined and united under the leadership of
Ameer-ul-Mumineen, Mulla Muhammad Umar, and the day is very near when the whole
world will witness the destruction of the USA along with its coalition, by the
Mujahideen insha-Allah.

THE JIHAD IN AFGHANISTAN OVER?

PENINSULA: Indeed the one who fights in the Path of Allah, it is not possible
for a day to come when he lays down his weapons, for his aim is one of the two
good things: victory or martyrdom. Further to this, he has sold his soul at a
profit so he will never return on his bargain and replace that which is better
for that which is worse. However, there are matters that no- one except the one
on the battlefield knows and he is the one in the best position to decide what
strategy he should adopt. It is necessary for the Muslims to trust the decision
made by their brothers and further to continue to assist them with duas, since
no-one can say he is unable to do that. Furthermore, it has been reported that
financial donations are reaching the Mujahideen via Pakistan by Muslims who are
intelligently utilising their contacts within Pakistani communities both inside
and outside Pakistan. In addition to that, the Muslims must reject the type of
reports given by the Western media since that is propaganda which is a part of
their war and designed to dishearten and lower the morale of the Muslims. Only
hypocrites and those with diseased hearts have doubt in the successes of the
Mujahideen, preferring to believe the news of the disbelievers over the news of
their own Muslim brothers in the land of honour and sacrifice.
The
Muslims should consider that even if Usama bin Ladin was to be killed, and Mulla
Umar was to be killed, then where do the Muslims stand as regards to their ranks?
The Muslims must consider what they died upon, that they will go down in history
as raising the banner of Jihad for the Sake of Allah High in the World and
reviving it in the hearts of the Muslims. Allah says in the Quran, "Do
you think that you will enter Paradise without there afflicting you what
afflicted those who came before you? They were struck by hardships and
calamities and they were shaken until even the Messenger and those with him
cried, 'When will come the Victory of Allah?' Indeed, the Victory of Allah is
near. [Quran 2:214]

IBRAHIM AT-TABUKI JOINS THE RANKS OF THE MARTYRS
Abu
Ibrahim At-Tabuki from Tabuk, Saudi Arabia joined the ranks of the martyrs in
Kandahar Province, Afghanistan, during operations against the occupying Crusader
forces. We congratulate him and his family on attaining this status and pray
that Allah accepts his martyrdom.

AND ANARCHY PREVAIL IN KABUL. CIVILIANS HAVE STARTED CRYING MISSING THE TALIBAN

(Islam News): The capital of Afghanistan, Kabul, is today under the control of
the Northern Alliance. They are dealing with the civilians in an extremely
ruthless manner. One of the civilians in Kabul had the following to say:
"We
are all missing the golden period of Taliban who had completely erased all sorts
of chaos and anarchy from the whole country. Their love and affection towards
the civilians was unmatched, and even today, when we remember their smiling
faces, tears come into our eyes. They were, and still are, the gift of Allah,
for the people of Afghanistan.
Now,
when our city is in the control of these Northern Alliance people, our lives,
property, and even our dignity is not safe. The Northern Alliance men break into
our houses and take away our money, valuables and other possessions by force.
Even our women are not safe at the hands of these cruel people.

THOUSAND ARAB WOMEN AND CHILDREN TRANFERRED TO SAFE AREAS BY TALIBAN
KANDAHAR
(Islam News): For the last two weeks, hundreds of Arab families have been moved
to safe and secured areas where they are provided with the basic needs of living.
The Taliban have expressed satisfaction on the safe and sound environment
provided to these women and children and according to some reliable resources
this was one of the reasons in delaying the process of vacating Kandahar by
Taliban soldiers.
