The
staff of command of Chechen mujahideen informs about fierce combat operations in
city of Gudermes, which began in the morning on Monday. According to the data of
Amir Yusuf, who commands Chechen subdivisions, conducting fight with occupants,
at 14:00 on local time were killed 9 mujahideen from Chechen side. At the same
time, during the fight were killed 15 to 20 Russian aggressors. 3 armored
vehicles were burt up. Other details of the fight in Gudermes are not disposed
by Kavkaz-Center. It is also known that there are victims among innocent
civilians as a result of the battle.
Tension
in Ichkeria does not fall
In
spite of certain political process, launched by representatives of Putin and
Maskhadov in Moscow, situation in Ichkeria continues to remain tense. According
to data of the command of Chechen mujahideen, during the last twenty-four hours,
armed encounters with aggressors occurred in Johar, Gudermes, Shelkovskaya,
Vedeno and Nozhai-Yurtovsky districts of the country. In the capital of CRI,
saboteur groups of mujahideen carried out three explosions of the military
installations of enemy and destroyed one of the block posts of invaders.
As
informs Amir of Islamic brigade, Rizvan Akhmadov as a result of explosions and
shelling of grenade-guns were burnt up combat
reconnaissance-paratrooper vehicle (BRDM) and two motor vehicles «Ural»
vehicles. According to the data of Rizvan Akhmadov, in the course of combat
actions only in Johar city were destroyed not less than 11 invaders. Yet, raids
on block post destroyed four and injured eight aggressors. In Gudermes, not far
from railway station was blown up armored-carrier (BTR). But in the eastern
outskirts of city was exploded «Ural».
Chechen
sources report about firing at Russian military convoys in Shelkovskya and
Nozhai-Yurtovsky districts of the country. So according to the data of Chechen
side, as a result of firing at convoy while passing not far from regional center
of Shelkovskaya, was destroyed one vehicle GAZ 66 and was damaged one BTR. But
in Nozhai-Yurtovsky district near the populated area of Yalkhoi-mohk as a result
of mortar firing, mujahideen destroyed armored personnel-carrier (BMP) of enemy
and not less than 7 invaders. There are reports about explosions of BTR in the
outskirts of regional center of Vedeno, as a result of which at least 4
aggressors were destroyed.
