no one in the world, except Russia, interests in situation in Chechnya, writes
Polish press in these days. Russia obtained from the West carte blanche, that
whatsoever it would do in Chechnya, no one will go to protest neither in
Washington, and nor in Brussels.
Now
the West has other priorities. And if Russian authorities speak about the
possibility of conducting the negotiations with Chechens representatives, then
this yet does not indicate the liberalization of the policy of Moscow in
Caucasus. Simply war in Chechnya costs to Russians too dearly, indicate Polish
newspapers.
Meanwhile
situation in very Ichkeria has not undergone substantial changes. Mobile
subdivisions of Chechen mujahideen conducted a series of successful combat
operations in the south of the country, after destroying tens of Russian
aggressors and military machinery. Most intensive military actions occurred in
Vedeno district, in the valley of river Bass.
In
the course of the special-operation, Chechen mujahideen attacked the places for
deployment and check-posts of invaders in the region of the villages Khattuni
and Towzeni. According to the data of Chechen side, as a result of attack were
destroyed up to 30 soldiers of enemy and 10 units of different military
equipment.
Thus
in Argun, during the recent three days have been occurring active clashes and
encounters with the aggressors. The mobile subdivisions of Chechen soldiers
repeatedly attacked the position of enemy and the military convoys, which were
entering Argun. As a result of these attacks, according to the data of Chechen
side, were burnt up 6 units of different military machinery and not less than 12
invaders were destroyed. Similarly as usual there is no calmness in Johar and
Gudermes.
After
the murder of mother and her 14 years old son, inhabitants of the village
of Komsomolskoye
in presence of tens of witnesses, and in the same, there is restless situation
in Gudermes. People carry out meetings and protests, and mobile subdivisions of
mujahideen are carrying out raids on the invaders.
So
late in the evening on Tuesday, offensive group of Chechen soldiers attacked
occupational command’s office. There is no precise data about the losses of
aggressors. At the same time, in Johar city, mobile groups of Chechen soldiers
carried out several explosions of the military machinery of invaders, including
two armored-carriers (BTR) in Staropromyslovsky district. As a result of actions
of mujahideen, during the recent twenty-four hours, in the capital of CRI were
destroyed not less than 8 invaders.
Chechen
mujahideen used rockets
Representatives
of the staff of command of Chechen mujahideen, Amir Yasir informs about massive
fighting operation, which was accomplished at dawn on Tuesday by allied groups
of mujahideen in Vedeno district of the country.
At
approximately 5 o'clock in the morning simultaneously in three directions were
made attacks on place of deployment of occupants near the village of Khattuni
and Towzeni.
Mujahideen
used self-made installation for firing the non-guided reactive shells C-5 and
C-8, which are used by Russian aviation. Attacks were made on bases of
aggressors in the region of Mazhdi-bace, Ara-duha and on the main basic
check-point in the valley of river Bass near Towzeni.
As
a result of about one-hour massive fire at the stations of deployment of
aggressors completely was destroyed check-point of the occupants in Northern
Towzeni. Many barracks have been destroyed, depots of ammunition have been blown
up, 10 units of variety of military engineering have been burnt up, and have
been destroyed not less than 30 soldiers of the aggressors.
In
addition to NURSs (Unguided reactive shells), mujahideen used light mortars and
grenade-guns. Several
grenade-guns valuations approached to opponent at a distance of a shot.
According to valuation of the staff of mujahideen, such a massive use of
unguided reactive shells became quite surprising for the opponent.
Military
convoy of the aggressors was attacked
Chechen
sources report that subdivisions of the armed forces of CRI attacked the
military convoy of invaders in the region of the populated area of Nizhniy
Kurchali of the Nozhai-Yurtov district of the country. The convoy was attacked
from two sides. Mujahideen used anti-tank guided rockets, light mortars and
grenade-guns. As reports the staff of the command of Chechen mujahideen, in the
course of fierce fighting with the enemy, at least 4 units of armored
engineering and not less than 17 soldiers of enemy were destroyed.
From
the Chechen side, three mujahideen became shaheed and not less than 5 were
injured. According to the data of Chechen side, the convoy of aggressors
consisted of the subdivisions of so-called contract soldiers, who periodically
invade the region and carry out punitive actions of the intimidation of peaceful
population. This time, targets of chastisers were villages of Nizhniy and
Verkhniy Kurchali.
However,
the unexpected and powerful attack of mujahideen foiled the plans of invaders.
Chechen sources report that after battle, the wooded parts and the adjacent
heights were subjected to intense aerial bombing. However, mujahideen by this
time already had left their positions.
According
to the data of the command of mujahideen during the last twenty-four hours,
active actions of Chechen saboteur groups were noted in Johar, Argun and
Shelkovskaya district of the country. In the course of the offensive actions,
mujahideen managed to destroy up to 7 units of different military equipments and
not less than 16 invaders. Most intensive were clashes in the region of the
populated area of Sary-su in Shelkovskaya district. Here, the mobile group of
mujahideen shot from the grenade-guns at two motor vehicles GAZ 66, and
destroyed 6 aggressors.
