Russian
occupants called the way from Johar up to Argun gorge, which passes through
several settlements of Ichkeria, the road of death. Only for one last month
Russian carried out about ten retaliatory actions in the villages Novie Atagi,
Starie Atagi, Chiri-Jurt and Duba-Yurt right along a road connecting capital of
CRI and Argun gorge. Last retaliatory action of aggressors was of the most scale.
Practically within two weeks, these four settlements were blocked. Russian beat
people, plundered, and grasped hostages. Until now, it is not known about the
destiny of more than 60 peaceful inhabitants of these villages, who were taken
to Khankala. Occupants refuse to give any information on hostages.
Despite
of total «cleaning», blockade and campaign of terror against the peaceful
population, for Russian were not possible to neutralize action of mobile
subdivisions of Chechen forces, whose powerful attacks on occupants continue to
strike. The latest evidence of full hopelessness of criminal-terroristic
campaign of Kremlin in Ichkeria is events in Starie and Novie Atagi, in the
settlement Chiri-Jurt and village of Duba-Yurt. At the daybreak on last Tuesday,
mujahideen unexpectedly and powerfully attacked places of deployment of
aggressors, occupational commandant's offices and have inflicted serious loss in
human force and engineering. In some hours on road between settlements of Starie
Atagi and Chiri-Jurt, Chechen fighters actually have crushed convoy of the
Russian armies, which was moving towards Argun gorges. As a result of two
special actions of Chechen armies, occupants have lost more than 60 person
killed and 6 units of military engineering damaged.
Russian
have tried to hide the latest defeat, having presented the case in such a manner
that «some insurgents have blown up a pair of land mines, therefore one
militiaman was killed». However, events in regional center of Vedeno were not
possible to hide for Russian. Here early in the morning on dawn, practically
simultaneously with the beginning of operation in Atagi direction, some mobile
subdivisions of Chechen mujahideen were included in village and attacked places
of deployment of aggressors. Attack was so successful, that Russian publicly
were compelled to recognize, that special-troops of Russian Ministry of Internal
Affairs (MIA) could not organize due resistance. Occupants have recognized that
mujahideen have seized abundance of the booty weapon and have left without
resistance for their bases. Chechen side informed, that as a result of special
action in regional center of Vedeno, was destroyed 6 national-traitors from
among so-called pro-Moscow militiamen and not less than 15 Russian invaders.
Events
in vicinity of Argun gorge and in Vedeno again have shown, that victorious
claims of Kremlin and assurances of Russian generals about utter annihilation of
mujahideen do not correspond to reality. The same events show, that despite
preparation for the possible beginning of political negotiations between Johar
and Moscow, both sides prefer not to hurry on the event. Moscow in every
possible way plays «anti-terrorist role», trying to bring split in groups of
Chechen resistance, and even has connected to this process of the president of
USA, Bush who again officially addressed to president of CRI, Maskhadov with an
appeal «to break with international terrorists». And Chechen side, recalling
the centuries-old experience of relations with Russia, is massively preparing
for scale military actions against occupants, fairly believing, that the main
pledge of success in negotiations with Russian is ability rigidly to punish
aggressors.
