leave Ichkeria. This time he «is leaving» for Afghanistan. According to
well-known Russian intelligence,

Chechen commander is going to leave for Afghanistan for a period of 2-3
years, to be at war against Americans. Then, informs unnamed Rihard Zorge,
«Khattab plans to come back again to Chechen Republic and to continue war,
hoping, that till that time the situation «would have change and to him will
come new fighters in group. It is necessary to tell that logic of Lubyanka
specialists is rather singular. Khattab leaves the fighters in hope, that with
his departure, the group numerically will increase?
In
the meantime, himself Khattab, having communicated on short-wave station with
radio «Kavkaz», in the live transmission has declared, that he is not going to
leave Ichkeria. In his opinion, in Afghanistan, there is enough number of
mujahideen, who can solve any military problems, which can arise before them as
a result of aggression of USA. Besides Amir Khattab asked to inform all
interested persons, that since more than year, he already is not using the phone.
Therefore, if somebody will hear about the next interception of telephonic
conversation of Khattab, let him know that it is lie.
Starting
to publish new propaganda concoction, Lubyanka’s
specialists perfectly knew, that the duck about «penetration of Khattab to
Afghanistan» would not exist more than one light day. However, Lubyanka pursues
completely other purposes and at all does not try to convince all that Khattab
is just about to leave Ichkeria. Anyhow in the given concrete situation it is
likely this. The main moment in disinformation widespread by Russian is
so-called «key phrase», which is present at all advertising - propaganda plots
of modern public relation technology, will be like advertising of chocolate of
factory «Bolshevichka» or the candidate for a post of the president of USA.
«Chechen

against Americans». Look, here is the purpose – «to fight against
Americans». That is, «Chechen commander goes to be at war against Americans».
That in turn means – «Chechens go to be at war against Americans». However,
frankly weak idea of the plot of special propaganda (to leave so that to arrive,
moreover to expect military recruitment) actually brings to nothing itself the
propaganda. And as result of incompetence of those, who composed the propaganda
text, negative and frankly sarcastic reaction to the announcement of the Russian
command of some more respecting Russian Mass-Media. We at all do not mention
global press, because such childish «stink» in the west are considered simply
