One month ago, we wrote, that
in no event, it is impossible to begin military operation with bombardments of
Afghanistan. Even if to assume, that Bin Laden is really guilty of attack to USA.
Taliban as a whole would be subjected to attacks, and not only he. And on
inhabitants of the Afghan cities, who precisely did not sit at steering wheels
of the planes smashing WTC and Pentagon. Now it is not a secret for any body
that Bin Laden is only an excuse, the purpose is destruction of authority of
Taliban. Simultaneously military men declare, that Afghanistan is not the only
country, which will undergo to attacks of armies of NATO. If military men speak
that they will not be at war, 90% is possible to be sure, that they will be. If
speak, that they will be at war, - wait for the big trouble.
Putin
prompted to good justification of Native members. Certainly, he spoke to exclude
victims among peaceful population is impossible, but its fault is put on
terrorists. On this logic, the plane seized by terrorists, simply is necessary
to bring down during flight, and all. Hostages to release is absolutely not
necessary, it is easier to destroy all jack of terrorists. If this jack is
located in an apartment house - called artillery, and no problems left. If it is
not known precisely, which house is occupied by terrorists, it is also no
terrible, installations of rocket-launcher

civilized world» demands destruction of Taliban. It
would be desirable to ask «the civilized world» and how to define, who are

you, «civilized» as will define, who are eligible to live, and who to death?

War
is declared under aegis of protection of civilization against barbarity. It as
though excuses victims and destructions, inevitable in each war. It is, as
though, inevitable evil, for a way of rescue of civilization. But then we shall
recollect in what essence of basic principles of this civilization for the sake
of which rescue is necessary to kill innocent inhabitants of the Afghan cities.
And the essence of principles of civilization just also consists in personal
immunity, a private property, in an individual responsibility before the law,
equality of all before the same law, at last, in presumption of innocence, when
any person can be subjected to punishment otherwise on a verdict of court.
In
the name of these principles, there are massive bombardments. It turns out, that
proceeding from principles of civilization, even himself Bin Laden, how many
times he «admitted» acts of terrorism, can not be subjected to rocket attack.
He should be caught and judged. And especially, proceeding from the same, so
zealously protected principles, cannot be punished the whole of the state, for
that only, that in its territory is hiding the suspected terrorist!
A
principle of civilization, in our case, is the same shield for an aggressive
policy, which serves for notorious Putin’s “struggle against international
terrorism «in Chechen Republic». Whether world leaders understand it or not?
Certainly they understand it. But close their eyes both in the first and in the
second cases. It means that such state of affairs of the world leaders is
favorable to them. They are not disturbed, that basic principles of civilization
became a shield. But it is destruction of civilization. It is its voluntary
suicide. For unitary infringement of principles becomes system, so far as it is
favorable for violator.
But
war is declared, and questions are not present any more. Now right will be the
one, who will win. May be win the NATO in this case? Also what victory is it? It
is destruction of the state of Afghanistan? – It has no more sense, because
even in the seized Kabul, Taliban will stay with the same terrible and real
force, so also authority, as Chechen mujahideen in occupied Johar, Gudermes, and
Argun. As the Soviet armies, Americans will not begin to act as fools. Ten years,
they will not sit there. In one year in America will begin campaign for
termination of this senseless war. It is not Russia, not that level of extreme
policy.
Puppets
do not hold on for long. So in what will be the victory?
May
be, some expect, that Taliban as Milosevic in due time, will be frightened of
vacuum bombs and will hand over Bin Laden? Sillier assumption. Look at the face
of this person, whom everyone names now «terrorist number 1». He always is
quiet, though against him all worlds are at war now. As, I remember, such was
Shamil Basayev in Budennovsk,
in the whether condemned men they were quiet Shamil Basayev at the first press
conference in a cellar of hospital, answered on a question: «all of us mortal.
For us, it is not important when to die, but important is how to die!»
So
that they would not speak there about Bin Laden, at present, he sincerely trusts,
that he is on the way of Jihad. Therefore, he is not afraid of death. And it is
obvious. Similar are leaders of movement of Taliban. They physically, certainly,
can be destroyed, but for this purpose is necessary either to destroy the total
population of Afghanistan, but it is genocide, or it is necessary to carry out
so barbarous retaliatory actions, which are carried out now by Kremlin
leadership. That too is unacceptable for a civilization, which declared that it
is protected from terrorism. Impasse.
But
may be it is the time to recognize that here the civilization is at war not with
barbarity and terrorism, but with other civilization, with other attitude for
which so-called «world community» is true terrorists and barbarians. And this
war for our civilization is suicide. It is necessary to search for other
solutions. It is necessary to search for a way to peace.
