Moscow responded to Tbilisi. But …

Putin declared, «possible exit of Georgia from CIS will not worsen Russian-Georgian relations».

After two demarches of Tbilisi - the announcement for a possible exit from CIS and requirements of conclusion of so-called Russian peacemaking forces - Moscow responded to Tbilisi. Putin declared, «possible exit of Georgia from CIS will not worsen Russian-Georgian relations». «For Russia, it means reduction of burden, which they bear on themselves due to these special relations» - he said.

Putin especially emphasized, «CIS is not Russian, but international organization, and Russia does not pull some one from the ears to be there. If there is an interest in maintenance of special character of relations and receptions of certain advantages, including of economic character, we are ready to work further». Putin considers, that if such interest is not present, and there is an opinion, that all complex of problems, including in economy, probably is more effective to solve by other forces, in other international configuration, and then anything terrible is not present here. «For us, it is not the signal to deterioration of mutual relations», - considered necessary to emphasize Putin.

Speaking about so-called peace-making armies, Putin declared, that they could be withdrawn from territory of Georgia, if Georgian leadership will undertake the responsibility for safety in region. The owner of Kremlin confirmed, «peacemakers in addition to restraint of explosion of interethnic contradictions are engaged still in protection of employees of the United Nations, who are exposed to attacks». Speaking about attacks, Putin obviously meant the case of helicopter of United Nations, which some days backs for unknown reason has fallen in Kodori Gorge. However, Moscow, soon after accident, hastened to act with on duty accusation in address of «Chechen insurgents», who, in his opinion, have shot down the helicopter by grenade launchers. Official Tbilisi has exactly opposite opinion, considering, that destruction of helicopter and bombardment of the Georgian territories have the most direct relation to Russia, which thus destabilizes situation in region intentionally.

The Kremlin, however, denies presence of secret plans against Georgia, declaring, that Russia is going to carry out its obligations on conclusion of armies from base in Abkhazia, in spite of «internal political problems of Georgia connected to Abkhazia». «Once again, I want to confirm - armies will be withdrawn», - Putin declared in this connection. Besides he informed, that Russia «is not going to undertake anything, except for how to strengthen Russian-Georgian border on all its extent». And between Abkhazia and Georgia, Moscow considers the conflict as internal problem of Georgia and is not going to interfere in it.

Rather curious look Putin's words that «territorial integrity of Georgia should be provided». Actually, while chopping off South Ossetia, Abkhazia and Adjaria from Tbilisi, similar announcements may be made by the one, who can deeply spit on so-called «international legal principles» and obligations.

Thus, Moscow responded to Tbilisi. But.. Taking into account historical experience both historically usual frankly cynical and false politics of Kremlin, simply it is possible to confirm that Putin's words absolutely cost nothing. Moreover, having heard similar announcements, Tbilisi should be ready to most meaningful and artful actions, which, certainly, already are prepared by Kremlin.
