Fights in Ichkeria

According to the Chechen side, operations occurred in Achkhoi-Martanovsky, Vedeno and Nozhai-Yurtovsky districts of the country.

The Staff of command of Chechen mujahideen informed about new fights in territory of Ichkeria. According to the Chechen side, operations occurred in Achkhoi-Martanovsky, Vedeno and Nozhai-Yurtovsky districts of the country. In regional center of Achkhoi-Martan, mobile group of mujahideen attacked places of deployment of the opponent and inflicted serious loss on it. 

According to evidences of local residents, at least 10 invaders and three national-traitors were destroyed last night. Near to settlement of Tsa-Vedeno, Chechen mujahideen attacked a convoy of the Russian armies, having destroyed an armored-carrier (BTR) and motor vehicle GAZ 66 and were killed 9 soldiers of the opponent. 

And in district of settlement Tsentaroi, the group of Chechen fighters entered into fight with so-called commandoes of invaders. 

There are reports of fierce firing, which lasted about one hour. As a result of fighting, not less than 5 commandoes of aggressors were destroyed. From the side of mujahideen one fighter was lost.
