Criminal
case № 1039, filed by Russian authorities on the fact of publications in
newspapers of «Separatist» and «Radical policy» of the anti-war materials
disgracefully comes to an end. Potential accused have returned all withdrawn
materials, and even system blocks of computers, in which Federal Security
Service (FSB) more than 7 months searched for traces of any criminal case. But
found nothing. No accusation was showed to anybody. In a word, the result was
nothing. The mountain has given birth to the mouse. There are questions.
Certainly,
only it is possible to be glad with peaceable disposition and polite correctness
of Moscow security officers, who are carrying out operative inspection of
activity of two anti-war organizations - Russian movement for independence of
the Chechen Republic and Revolutionary contact association. Us overheard (I hope
from the sanction of court), accurately made a video film during our
demonstrations, and studied our creativity. It is clear. From the viewpoint of
authority, we are extremists. We demand impossible - to give complete freedom to
Chechen people to solve its destiny by itself. We demand also to investigate
serious suspicions of participation of today's Russian leadership, in particular
president Putin, in explosions of apartment houses in Moscow in September 1999.
We demand, at last, to judge the same leadership by international tribunal for
committing crimes in territory of Ichkeria in years 1994-2001. And it does not
matter. We though were not seated due to it.
The
same security officers due to similar demands are simply killing in territory of
the same Chechen Republic. Shoot in the best condition, and in the worse -
subject to the most severe tortures and fanatic medieval executions. And you see,
according to their words, Chechen Republic also is the Russian territory, and on
it, accordingly, should be implemented, according to logic of Moscow, Russian
constitution and all other laws. Restrictive to kill, bomb, plunder peaceful
population, inhibitory to imprison somebody without lawful bases, strictly
restrictive to apply to somebody, even to the most inveterate criminals of
torture and other punishments causing physical and moral sufferings. And it is
said to us that those armies, and security officers are in the Chechen Republic
for keeping law and order.
Therefore,
we also promise to security officers and in general to all Russian public. So we
shall not give them rest. We shall inform about the facts known to us of the
violation of human rights both in Russia and in Chechen Republic. We shall
achieve recognition of independence of Republic of Ichkeria in Russia, and all
over the world. We shall achieve court above the Russian military criminals
sitting now in the Kremlin until those will not sit on a dock near to Milosevic.
We shall issue our newspapers «Separatist» and «Radical policy», and also
many others, even if all of us are imprisoned because freedom is inevitable.
