Subdivisions
of armed forces of CRI intensify offensive activity throughout the country.
During last 24 hours, fighter from special subdivision of «Terek», deployed in
Nadterechny district of Ichkeria, attacked premises of commandant's office in
regional center of Chugli-Yurt (Znamenskoe). Fight lasted for three hours.
Chechen fighters fired at the occupant-terroristic formations of Russian
aggressors from large-caliber machine-gun and grenade-guns. As a result of
attack were destroyed armored
troop-carriers (BMP) and
armored-carrier (BTR), about 7 invaders were killed. From Chechen side, there
are no losses. After three-hour of clash, fighters of special subdivisions of «Terek»
safely returned to their base.
In
Vedensky district of Chechen Republic, in district of Hazhi-Aul and Tsa-Vedeno
villages, subdivision of Chechen mujahideen attacked a bandit group of Russian
mercenaries. As a result of attack, the BTR and 10 mercenaries were destroyed.
On the road between these settlements, Chechen fighters established blockhouse
and have taken control of the specific direction.
In
area of settlement Tsatsan-Yurt, offensive group of Presidential Guards blasted
armored vehicles of aggressors. As a result of explosion, one BTR
was destroyed, and were killed 4 Russian mercenaries.

Radio
«Kavkaz», broadcasting its programs to entire Caucasian region, with reference
to its correspondent, informs about fierce fight, which occurred according to
local time at 14 o’clock on Thursday in the center of Shali city. Mobile group
of mujahideen, operating in the city, attacked armored group of aggressors in
Ivanov Street. According to radio «Kavkaz», fight with occupants lasted 30
minutes. As a result of this operation were destroyed one BMP and 10 Russian
occupants. There are no losses from the side of mujahideen.

After
large-scale common military operations in Shalinsky, Kurchaloyevsky and a number
of other plane districts of Ichkeria, mobile subdivisions of Chechen mujahideen
continued to carry out fighting tasks during local special actions against
Russian occupant-terroristic
formations

all territory of the country. According to command of mujahideen, the most
intensive clashes with the opponent occurred in city of Johar, Vedensky,
Nozhai-Yurtovsky and Shelkovsky districts of CRI. In Johar city, mobile
subdivisions of Chechen fighters and offensive groups during several fighting
operations destroyed four units of military engineering of the opponent,
including one BTR and three motor vehicles, and not less than 9 aggressors.
Explosions
of engineering have taken place in Zavodskoy
district of city and in district of settlement Voykov.
In Vedensky district, subdivision of mujahideen twice entered into fight with
the opponent. In both cases, Chechen fighters first attacked aggressors.
According to command of mujahideen during fighting near Janni-Vedeno and
vicinities of regional center Vedeno was burnt two BTRs and were killed not less
than 8 invaders. In Nozhai-Yurtovsky district of the country, near villages of
Yalhoy-mohk, mobile group of Chechen fighters from their mortars and
grenade-guns fired at armored group of the opponent, and destroyed one BTR and
put out of order one BMP.
Staff
of Chechen command informs, that within last three days in Shelkovsky district
of the country were some fierce clashes with aggressors. A zone of the most
intensive clashes became vicinity of settlements Sary-su, Kargalinovskaya and
Borozdinovskaya. According to Chechen side during clashes with opponent were
destroyed, at least, 11 invaders. From Chechen side, became shaheed three
fighters.
Command
of mujahideen informs about proceeding of retaliatory actions against the
peaceful population in the settlements Starie Atagi, Novie Atagi, Chiri-Yurt and
Duba-Yurt. Local residents witnessed, that invaders took in hostages of Chechen
men and children at the age of 10 to 65 years and took away them in unknown
direction. The destiny of more than 120 person, including about 30 children, who
were taken in hostages and taken in unknown direction till now is unknown.
