Question:
How
do you estimate the situation in the world, usual after acts of terrorism in New
York and Washington? They can result in what global geopolitical changes and
consequences?
Zelimkhan:
There happened that, what was expected to happen: those, whom are terrorized by
USA, answered according to the natural right of revenge, with means and methods
accessible to them. Evil always creates only evil! Evil and injustice under what
so ever masks are created, are exposed, and cause response. But the revenge
frequently happens blind because it is directed on satisfaction of feeling of
the offended, humiliated dignity and consequently not capable strictly to
proportion the actions that from the just right on requital do not turn to
reciprocal evil. Therefore Allah (subhanhu wa Ta’ala), having ordered the
right of requital equal to the evil caused to him, at the same time offers
Muslims to forgive criminal and to rely on the Creator.
But
in the given concrete case, it is necessary to speak about the forces creating
and inducing evil in very wider scales. September 11, this year appeared (revealed)
what that as fathers of the so-called world community - Christianian-Zionist
neo-imperia, - covered with a fig leaflet of so-called international law. That
is, the world has seen by itself, that it has been divided by forces of Evil
into its «own» and «not own», rather «enemies», who need to be «destroyed»
silently, and not in toilets as wants Putin. «Own» in this gradation are
so-called Christian states (not peoples, and, especially, not separately taken
person) and those who are ready to submit to them implicitly. And «not own»,
that is «enemies» are, first of all, - Muslims, entire Muslim world and those,
who search for the just life or any other way, which is distinct from
instructions of the international criminal syndicate, named United Nations, and
its owners.
And
the world has seen, what exactly USA together with leaders of leading Christian
states in coordination with international Zionism, are initiators and heads of
this unit. Has seen, that this section is carried out cleanly by religious
principle, and directed to the main impact against global Islam, Muslim Ummah
general, and against each Muslim and people, in particular, in concrete displays.
About it, I wrote in the book «Jihad and problems of the modern world», which
was published in Russian, English, Turkish languages.
To
the world, under a kind of so-called international law, the right of force is
imposed. And the right of force gives rise to the right of revenge. The right of
revenge for evil caused by this force, and by all means and methods! The
so-called United Nations is the international head center of legalization of
this criminal right of force. Under its aegis for last decades crimes of USA,
Russia and their other companions also were made. People can recollect, as what
cynicism breathed from the answer of the United Nations when, after rocket
attack of USA over Afghanistan and Sudan in 1998, leadership of these states
have addressed to the United Nations with the request to act against terrorism
of Americans: «Afghanistan and Sudan have right of retaliation!» - the
answer was approximately such. There it was showed, as well as in the relation
to Russian genocide of Chechen people, and also in many other cases, that the
United Nations are not the United Nations Organization, and are the Organization
of Justifications of Violence, Organization of the Organized Violence.
As
a matter of fact, it was blasphemous mockery at victims of the international
terror and sensible mind, realizing, that they do not have even hypothetical
opportunities for such actions. It was a provocation of war against Muslim
people that was more successfully carried out in CRI.
Explosions of kamikaze on September 11, having tragic consequences for thousand
innocent people and many thousand families in the world, than have broken legal
feature, what so ever their executors pursued purposes, have made effect of
shock therapy in consciousness of the world inhabitant. The aspect of
infringement of legal borders in satisfaction of the right of revenge also
allows speaking about actions of this kamikaze as about terrorism, and causes
great bitterness for innocent victims because at the cost of their own death,
the person has no right to deprive innocent people of
their
lives.
I
speak «kamikaze» because they should be named so, instead of terrorists:
terrorists do not blow up themselves, but only others. Terrorists go on terror
to intimidate all others; that on this fear to arrange for himself happiness.
Terrorists, especially, international, desert the victims - whole peoples and
the countries, - rockets and bombs from distance in thousand of kilometers, from
reliable military and political covering, or from super modern planes which are
inaccessible to punishment by Iraqies, Afghans, Chechens, Kashmiris,
Palestinians and their other victims. The international terrorists, having
covered with thickness of the steel reservation of tanks, SAU, «Uragons (Hurricanes)»,
«Smerches (Tornados)» and other installations of rocket, artillery, salvo and
other kind of weapons, coolly, precisely, shoot cities, villages, settlements,
apartment houses, schools, hospitals, buses, automobiles, markets, cellars with
children and women.
They
on the arbitrariness deprive whole peoples of those rights, which they were
given by God, and force tens, hundred thousand and millions of people to become
refugees, homeless, poor, and the rest are cleaned in concentration camp on
bloody funs of pathological tyrants and murderers, and call it the right of
defense of territorial integrity of criminal imperial formations. Terrorism is
capture of all worlds in hostages under threat of nuclear death. USA in 1945, on
August 6 and 9 carried out the most monstrous and cynical act of the state
terrorism, when they, without everyone on that necessities only for intimidation
of all other world, have fired nuclear bombs on the peaceful population of
cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Bush and others should recollect it before
search for originators of the tragedy on September 11.
Any
crime in this world does not remain unpunished. And any avenger searches for
means adequate to the opportunities and methods for the punishment. But acts of
revenge are not adequate to crime, when the resisting sides have various
opportunities. And how many secret and obvious enemies has USA, acquired them in
a name of strengthening their own way of life on the ground! We shall recollect
history of break off of the American Indians by Europeans, during colonization
of America! We shall recollect the Vietnamese women and children burnt alive by
napalm! We shall recollect war of 1991 and the following after it more than ten
years' of rocket - bombing of terror against people of Iraq! We shall recollect
the Iranian passenger plane brought down by Americans.
You
see it is known, what exactly USA purposefully have provoked Saddam Hussein’s
aggressive ambitions to undermine growing power of Iraq as the states, capable
to oppose permanent aggression of the American - Israeli coalition against the
Arabian world. We shall recollect periodic executions of territories of the
objectionable USA states and peoples. We shall recollect terror above
Afghanistan. We shall recollect political and economic terror, by means of
so-called sanctions of the United Nations and gluing of labels on the patriotic
organizations and national-liberation movements. And the freshest: we shall
recollect, which and to whom threatened Bush after tragedy of September 11 this
year in the statements; it he listed what states; as was threatened to change
the governments in the independent states; as spoke about actual capture of oil
extracting in all Muslim world.
In
it were visible many Hadiths
of the Prophet (P.B.U.H) characteristics of anti-Christ (Dajjal). Also we shall
recollect, where was United Nations? Who has recollected it? We shall recollect,
how Russia exulted. If these events not provoked by forces in USA, Russia or
Israel, it is obvious, that on USA have struck their own weapon and method. And
still: very big suspicions are caused with the fact, that incident from the very
beginning was identified to the Muslim world. It also was done even without a
shadow of doubt. As though any body any more was not in planes, except for
Muslims - Arabs. Neither Japanese, nor Chinese, nor Indians, neither Russian,
nor other offended by Americans, but only Muslims.
Everything, which we have listed in the category of a relationship of cause and
effect having place in Washington and New York.
Allah
has punished USA for assignment of illegal rights by them and, I am sure, it
cannot be the last impact of punishment, if they will not repent before Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala), will not restrain the criminal arrogance; will not refuse a role
of an idol - deity on the ground; do not recognize laws and authority of the
Creator of all worlds. And if today Americans will kill even one innocent person
irrespective of who he is, whether Afghan, Arab, Chechen or American, same
before the Creator will weigh down all victims on September 11, because this
action will be made not by group of the conspirators blinded by thirst of
revenge, the means limited in a choice and methods, and people, vested in
authority both the most powerful technical and military means.
And,
the most important is that they name themselves leaders of justice, appealing to
the God.
As is known, after collapse of the USSR and the international communistic camp,
the impression was created, that it was business of hands of USA, that all
global evil was concentrated in the failed system, and it has failed just
because was combating with antipode – the West (so-called democracy, a
stronghold of «truth» and «justice»). And many of those who bowed to USSR
before, and even some of deeply believed in Allah (Subkhanahu wa Ta’ala), have
directed in embraces of the American west and democracy. Too much has seemed,
that control of God - not a prerogative to Almighty, but to - USA. Democratic
hypocrisy has eclipsed mind of the inhabitant and politicians.
Washington
annually declared lists of the states, the organizations, peoples and persons,
which need to be named terrorists. And all worlds named them so. Washington
named criminal, military criminals politicians and normal people, kissed and
pardoned with them, and the world perceived them thus. If Washington spoke, that
that people and that ground are a part of that state, and that part of people
and territory should be separated from that state and primordial uniform
territory instantly all perceived it as the law. So USA turned to an idol, and
its ideology (western democracy) became the most massive religion on the ground.
The Muslim countries started to search protection only of USA, instead of Allah
(Subhanahu wa Ta’ala). And life to someone was paradise dream, and to whom - a
nightmare.
And all of a sudden thundered explosions in New York and Washington …
And
dreams have vanished in a uniform instant, and the terrestrial idol as naked
animal grin, and have declared all world objects for the boundless punishment.
Number one enemy was declared Islam. And it was not error or ambiguous reason.
It was «moment of truth» all that world order which was created on the ground
by devil in decent exposure of democratic way of life. It was display of essence
of the fact, which is referred to as international community. The moment of
truth has shown, that they - strong world of this, - not enjoy any right, rights
of peoples and persons; that for them is more important satisfaction of the
ambitions; that the political demagogy refers to as democracy; that there are no
so-called international organizations, blocks and unions, which are called to
coordinate international efforts in the decision of similar questions, and all
of them in practice are greedy feelers of American leech on body of nations of
the world.
To
Muslims has seemed, that Dajjal has come on suburb of Medina, and all those, who
till now are named their brothers, suddenly have risen in lines of his army as
is narrated in sacred Hadiths. So the circumstances in the first days when USA
have unmasked looked and have declared about sticking to Muslim world for smarmy
interior. In world order nothing has changed, besides that henceforth USA will
oppress Islam openly, and without any gloves, against that what was done till
now secretly and in white gloves.
But,
alhamdu lillah, now Muslims and everyone, who searches for truth, will recollect
Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala), will re-read the Koran, and will address to our
Creator, and will rely on Him in the destinies. And it is rescue! Therefore
there is no point to guess about that what will take place in global geopolitics,
and what else. The main thing is that the world has seen truth in its condition.
Alhamdu lillah! Though the world is not yet ready to operate in a name of
the rescue, but it is ready to change the relation to realities. Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala) has defined the formula of the relation to realities of the world
so:
«Fighting
is enjoined on you, and it is an object of dislike to you; and it may be that
you dislike a thing while it is good for you, and it may be that you love a
thing while it is evil for you, and Allah knows, while you do not know».
(Sura 2:216)
And the following ayat:
«Surely
with difficulty is ease. With difficulty is surely ease!»
(Sura
94:5-6).
Anybody among Muslims should not apprehend a situation as how much is tragic.
The price of clearing of true situation is very great and, it seems, that Muslim
Ummah already finishes to pay bills for it. Chechens have proverb: «Let my
unique son will die, only if to know, what is in mind of neighbor!» We have
seen the face of the world around us - on its relation to genocide of Chechen,
Palestinian, Kashmiris, Afghans and other Muslim peoples. Also have seen those,
who have rejoiced when Washington declared Crusade against Afghanistan and other
Islamic countries; actually all against Islam. And anything new: everything as
it is written in Koran! But the avant guarde of hatred to Islam is designated -
Russia, Israel, India, well and England is traditional stuck to USA. Threat of
world of kafir invasions we have found clear exposure of enemies, which many of
us still yesterday have accepted as normal neighbors, in spite of the fact that
Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) in Holy Koran clearly told:
«and they will not cease fighting with you until they turn you back from
your religion, if they can;»
(Sura 2:217).
The enemy with naked face is not terrible. Allah Akbar!
Question: It is known, that at your direct participation was made
interstate contract about mutual recognition of Afghanistan and Ichkeria. At
what is the level of diplomatic relations between our states, in particular,
after Saudi Arabia and Arab Emirates have interrupted diplomatic relations with
Afghanistan, and Pakistan stays in a stage of uncertainty?
Zelimkhan: Diplomatic relations between Afghanistan and Ichkeria are in
process of new tests for durability. Besides, if before the main loading of test
for fidelity to Islamic brotherhood and unity lay down on the Afghan side today,
the center of gravity has moved to Chechens. All fair Chechens realize, that
when January 16, 2000, leadership of Afghanistan recognized independence of
Chechnya (Ichkeria) as destroyed by Russia, they could expect only sharp
increase of the problems, strengthening of Russian provocations, as has taken
place. But they have recognized our independence proceeding from the
comprehension of the duty from Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala).
Today,
I am sure, Almighty looks, how we shall consider the Islamic duty of brotherly
solidarity. In this plan of the maximum praise deserves sober and crucial
announcement of Shamil Basayev. Only true Muslims, only people of honor can
appreciate essence and character of mutual relation between Afghanistan and
Chechnya. And we, you see, know, that among our government officials and
political functionaries, there are many who long before September 11 have damned
me and that day when we have signed the Contract about mutual recognition
between Afghanistan and Chechnya (Ichkeria). Today this category of Chechens
will be in confusion and to come to their senses. And Chechen and Afghan peoples
will check up themselves on durability of Iman and principle: «All Muslims
are brothers!» (Sura 49:10).
Tests by Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) of believers is proceeding, and they
become tougher, that testifies to obvious affinity of Day of Judgment, when we
stand before our Creator. Also we shall not forget ayats of Koran:
«Or
do you think that you would enter the garden while yet the state of those who
have passed away before you has not come upon you; (before
we shall test you as have tested those who were up to you)!?»
(Sura 2:214).
Question: How do perceive in the Islamic countries possible
international intervention against sovereign Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan?
Zelimkhan: All true Muslims in Arabian and other Muslim countries perceive
actions of USA against Afghanistan, as the action of the international state
terrorism against Muslim people, because they - Muslims, and on intimidation of
all Muslim world. And mujahideen perceive, as an opportunity to earn paradise of
Almighty.
Question: What do you expect consequences of possible Crusade of USA
on the Islamic world?
Zelimkhan: I will tell more truly, that it is proceeding Crusade, which
enters a new phase under pretext of struggle against terrorism. To tell the
truth, I believed, that Americans - are cleverer than Russian, and Bush put much
above, than he has proved to himself. Probably, Almighty decided to punish USA
through Bush. We recollect older Busha in 1990-91 years in connection with war
in Persian Gulf. Today the younger Bush in the same role. Though the official
purpose declares Afghanistan, it is simple - expansion of aggression. And
consequences of a today's fatal grin kafir world, by all means, will be rallying
Muslims and strengthening of spirit for resolute fight for a way of Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala). Muslims realize faster, that Jihad for a way of Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala) is a unique way of rescue, and a method of worthy life on the
ground. Аlhamdu
lillah!
Question: How war begun by America against terror «in a situation in
the Chechen Republic and as far as Russian authorities managed to use tragedy of
American people in their own benefit by reflecting that having connected acts of
terrorism in America with Chechnya?
Zelimkhan: In the environment of Chechen mujahideen, there are no changes
because they always knew who is who. And that of the simple people, naturally,
eyes on essence of so-called international community and the right, all being a
direct source of aggression against Muslims have opened. And Russia, which has
rejoiced since the first minutes of tragedy in Washington and New York, tries to
legalize secret partnership of the so-called democratic world in the crime of
the state international terror and genocide above Chechen people as much as
possible. It is necessary for it to suppress weak rise of the protest in the
Russian public against genocidal war in Chechnya, and also, to strengthen moral
and psychological aspect of the aggression on peoples of all Caucasus, on the
Muslim countries and peoples.
But
Russia does not understand, that our peoples, and a threshold of fear already
overcome the painful threshold - especially! And Americans and other «gentlemen»
of the Crusade are perfectly informed that any connections of Chechens with
events of September 11 are not present; Bin Laden never came close to Chechnya,
as there are no camps of special training of Chechens in Afghanistan. Also that
there is no need as the best polygon for mujahideen are Russian occupational
armies on which they study to be at war and win. But USA and to their allies
need lie of Russia so that to make their dirty policy, to be justified before
people, though not late, but realizes baneful of the policies of their rulers.
And
the Russian attempts by principle: «I shall call him donkey earlier, than in me
will see a donkey», - causes only feeling of loathing. Russian people don’t
carry with rulers! It is necessary to such huge country and people to be lowered
that cannot feel it as normal people. Unless the person, who is feeling like
high-grade, can in such entire state, entire national scale will bow before the
one similar to him? It is accident when ruler societies lose feeling of own and
another's dignity, honor, conscience; when lose ability of adequate perception
of reality. Only the person having own advantage can estimate this quality in
others. And Russian in last two wars with Chechens have proved, that they are
really spiritual lackeys.
They
show this servility in this case when they set Americans on Chechens. In my
opinion, Americans only with loathing can perceive this low importunity of the
Russian political leadership. But whether it is necessary to be surprised? The
Russian marasm - ancient American, at least, five times! And all times, they
dream about over empire, and America in their eyes is an idol. And to it, they
also bear complaints to «villains – Chechens». You see, spoke them Lenin: we
though shall smile to the devil, if it is favorable to us! And they have
considered, that for achievement of the purpose - all means are good. It is
their mentality and behavior! But we, Chechens, have no right to fall up to
their level. We - Muslims! It obliges!
Question: How do you estimate political situation around the Chechen
issue in a background of taking place session of OSCE and negotiations between
Chechen and Russian sides? What do you connect hopes with dialogue between
Chechen Republic and Russia?
Zelimkhan: Hopes for dialogue between Chechnya and Russia, especially on any
abbreviator organization of world democratic fascism, for me are not present. I
in our struggle assign all hopes entirely and completely only on Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala). And only! Also I call for this all Chechens and all moslems.
Comprehending all events, we only should affirm in reality of the way. For there
is nothing more hated by Iblis (Satan) and his servants than the just way of
slaves to Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala) and their persistence in Jihad. Аlhamdu
lillah!
Supreme will find ways of punishment for all Russian crimes, and it will burst
then when Russian will be sicker.
Question: How do you think about the demands of USA to the from
Chechen leadership to suspend relations with Bin Laden?
Zelimkhan: Normally. Because I know for certain essence of USA and all those
who ranks them; because all those states which today make dirty policy on
so-called struggle against terrorism, and create international state terrorism,
and consequences of their terror have resulted the world in today's tragic event,
and also have provoked events of September 11, 2001 in the World Trading Center
of USA. If USA search for the international terrorism in the impudent and open
in the most cynical form as created by Russia, India, and Israel. If they want
to behold shape of the secret, refined terrorist – gentleman, they should look
at themselves in a mirror. I even am declined to think, that it could be
business of hands of special services of USA, which have opportunities for this
purpose; which alongside with Russian, Zionists, for a long time are engaged
zombie, and influence on mentality of people.
It
is quite allowable, that they could carry out criminal experiment with use of
people extremely dissatisfied with realities of life, having finished this
feeling up to the appropriate condition. Those, who coolly fired nuclear bombs
on sleeping peaceful cities, can blow up with ease skyscrapers by planes, with a
view of test of the psychotropic weapon, or in other purposes. The American
mentality today so is overloaded with mania of the superiority over all other
world, and drugged any sort by temptations, that anybody does not have right to
dismiss this version. You see special services of USA have destroyed family of
Kennedy representing elite part of the society. In USA maniacs shoot children at
schools and passers - by in streets in a condition of extreme affect. USA is an
ill society.
It
is impossible to forget, that physically difficult life, material poverty and
other natural illnesses of the world are not so dangerous, as material glut; as
technico-technological redundancy that provokes moral and psychological
distortions. The person can lose feeling of a measure in everything to what he
adjoins. And the ideology of USA - is ideology of the super-person. And from
such synthesis, it is possible to expect everything. Allah (Subhanahu wa
Ta’ala) in the Koran constantly focuses attention to observance in all
measures, of the borders. An interdiction for injust way of achievement of
riches as «riba» (usury) on which USA lives, is worse of sins and most
dangerous of illnesses.
And consequently, that hypocrisy of USA and all democratic worlds for me is not
new, I am not surprised to so cynical hypocrisy, which appears in the time of
Bush, offering to Chechens to suspend relations with any terrorists.
It
is purely on duty phrase; a label, which they dream to be planned victim. Both
Americans, and Russian, and all other our opponents perfectly know, that
Chechens have no any relation neither to terror in general, nor to the terrorist
organizations, as well as «Taliban», both Afghan, and Arabian, and other
peoples. They perfectly know, that Bin Laden, of whom, they have made frightened
all world, though have not proved his participation in any criminal acts, has no
any connections with leadership of CRI; especially know, that between us, there
can not be no criminal plans, because we are Muslims making Jihad in the name of
Allah (Subhanahu wa Ta’ala), that is incompatible to terrorism and other kinds
of crimes.
They
use name of Bin Laden for suggestion to Arabian world of feeling of fault. This
is known reception of mental influence. Even I, who two times was in Afghanistan,
have never met him, simply there was not time to be engaged in it. Now I all
regret about it because, at least, I would directly have known who is he, and
not through means of false American - Russian MASS-MEDIA and subversive hearings
of their special services more.
In general, all is old, as the world. «For strong always powerless is guilty!»
- the known tale about the Wolf and Lamb tells. But it is true only with
reference to a terrestrial low situation when both sides operate from low
promptings. The world should realize, that we today are not entered in category
of Lamb. We are standard-bearers of True! And similar cases we will not bend
down to anybody.
In
my opinion to a deep belief, for the American president, together with the
Senate and the Congress, it is necessary to analyze the usual situation very
carefully. They should realize criminal character of the way of life and system
of values, and the most important - to repent before the God. As the most
optimum decision would be to recognize authority of the true Creator of Allah (Subhanahu
wa Ta’ala) and to accept Islam. It they would render invaluable service to all
mankind, having relieved it from criminal temptations, which are treated today
under a any kind of democracies. Rescue of USA as that of all astray, - only
repentance and returning to God.
