it in a citadel of Freedom and Democracy! To think only: States, which are since
long proud of political correctness and tolerance, have in a moment slid to the
anti-Arabian moods, attacks and even pogroms. It was informed by the most
courageous MASS MEDIA (including Radio «Liberty»). Specially it was necessary
for the politician even to speak and to calm the population, but rather in
original manner. Say, it is not necessary to create self-court, all of us shall
make rockets and bombs, in much more scales!
Also
they will do it. Because the majority of so-called «civilized» people are not
only in America, but in Russia also, who demand immediate revenge. And, when you
talk to everyone alone, everyone agrees, that yes, certainly, still
authentically is not known, who stood behind the terrorists, who attacked on
America. That, there are no authentic proofs of guilt of Bin Laden, and
especially simple Afghans are not guilty in anything, who will be targeted in
the attacks, all this so, but…

But - indignant people answer, everyone separately - but it is impossible to
leave ALL THIS WITHOUT ANSWER! It is impossible to keep silent! It is the logic
of everyone individually: certainly it is not yet known, who is the criminal,
but IS NECESSARY TO PUNISH SOMEONE! Somebody, if just immediately. If just now,
without delay, because has not passed sharp feeling of insult, fear,
vulnerability and indignation. It is necessary for someone to pay back for the
pain and horror of the sustainer. So the person is fixed. At such moments, he is
not capable of rational estimation of the actions and desires. And consequently
the crowd roars: Bomb immediately those barbarians, who attacked the civilized
world! Bin Laden and his henchmen! If the enemy does not surrender, he should be
destroyed, - and it is already part of our history.
In
Russia, there is worse than that. Russian politicians and «patriots» in
general understand nothing. Putin already again declares, that he gives «insurgents»
the last chance to return to peaceful life, and offers them to surrender! To
surrender to whom? To a brutal, drunk gang of bandits, which that day was
shooting simply peaceful citizens of Chechen Republic, whom appeared within the
limits of its visibility? To surrender, so that to destroy oneself certainly on
the spot with fierce death? It is interesting, as he imagines it to himself.
And
here is how. In opinion of comrade Putin, Chechens should reconcile with that
what is created at the will of Russian military in their home. At that time,
when from Kremlin reached the so-called «peace» initiatives in Chechnya, in
settlement Gehi, there is happening the following:
in the Evening on September 15,
2001, inhabitant of village Gehi of Urus-Martanovsky district, Talhigov Omar of
1979 date of birth, has gone to neighbors on a visit. On 22 o’clock, invaders
suddenly have rushed into the house. Everything, except Omar, had time to jump
out of the house and to run up, where could who. Talhigov was shot dead, his
corpse was taken away to Urus-Martan and after some days was sold to relatives.
His
corpse was sold as goods. At friends of Omar, having seen invaders got the
chance to disappear, being afraid for the life. Cases of arbitrary executions of
inhabitants with the purpose of the subsequent sale of bodies in the Chechen
Republic are not rare. So, in the same Gehi, on September 1, 2001, late at night,
Russian invaders without apparent reason have shot dead 24 years old Alikhan
Hashanov in the house. Then the corpse was fastened by wire with armored
troop-carrier and was dragged away to Urus-Martan to the staff of so-called
militia, settling in building of former boarding school for girls. There the
body was lying four days until it was not redeemed and later relatives buried it
in the ground. Since September 20, Urus-Martan has been blocked and «cleaning»
is going on. The following on turn, according to military men was settlement
Gehi. Inhabitants since day to day are waiting the chastisers, while finding the
chance, they leave for Ingushetia.
Not
only Putin, not only politicians, political experts, observers, but also simple
citizens sincerely do not understand, for what are Chechens at war. Why they do
not want to live as all in this empire damned by God. What are they, whether
they are better than all? Why is all Russia silent and suffers disorder in all
areas of the life, moreover - officially recognizes it, as the national
mysterious essence, and such and such Ichkeria do not want it! In the Russian
tradition for the person with a gun, state satrap was always admitted to have
the right on absolute injustice. Always was considered, that authority is a
punishment to us for our sins, therefore to be restrained with anyone, let even
the most despotic and severe authority is certain, if not valor, at least, the
maximum worldly wisdom. The servile tradition is like that. It is too bitterly
to realize it to Russian person.
And
our governors well have acquired it. Not without reason comrade Stalin said, the
most well-known toast for long-suffering of Russian people. Knew, the rascal,
for what to drink … only Chechens have dropped out of this Soviet slavish
tradition. This is their tradition. And for today's governors would not be bad
to study these traditions. Even to know, to whom they are trying to speak in
language of ultimatums and threats.
Recently
in Moscow was published the book of Hoj-Akhmed Nuhayev, which got rather
symbolical name «Vedeno or Washington?» Unfortunately, the circulation was
rather limited, only 2 thousand copies so that the book to Kremlin can reach
only due to participation of special services. Let them to try. It is necessary
for their patrons to be familiar with this work, even for maintenance of
reputation of the retired security officer, who by definition should know all.
And
so in this book, in it, that in a popular form has been explained, why
superpower Russia is at war with small mountainous republic of Chechnya since
the fifth year and has not much succeeded in that. Why on a place of hundreds
and thousand killed mujahideen, all come new and absolutely young boys already
raise the arms. Why even girls go direct way to paradise, ramming the lorries
filled by explosive, into the OMON soldiers bases.
You
see as much as colorfully is possible to paint terrible connections of the
Chechen Resistance with «international terrorism», but with millions dollars
is impossible to explain to the simple Russian inhabitant why mujahideen destroy
invaders at the cost of their own lives. It is not stacked in a head of the
inhabitant: for dollars is possible to go on everything, he very well
understands it, himself will go for everything, only it is impossible to go for
DEATH at the cost of dollars! It is not favorable!
And
the answer is simple. «The Purpose of Chechens in the first war, as well as in
this, as well as in all previous - to defend the way of life on belief of
fathers and on the ground of fathers». And this is all. And the way of life on
belief of fathers also includes that in Chechnya was never any state suppressing
the free person, responsible only before Almighty. Therefore forces of Russian
armies will not manage to impose on Chechens the way of life alien to them,
during which the right to live and breathe air of the native Land is regulated
by the official, and is unimportant what is sent by Moscow or appointed by the
same Moscow from among the local traitors - kafirs.
In
this book are many useful advices for the Kremlin. Having read it, Putin can
understand, that traditionally focused free Chechnya at all is not the enemy of
Russia, and very much the other way. It can, under circumstances favorable,
certainly, begin original advanced post for a way of expansion policies of the
Atlantic civilization on Caucasus. But the reasonable policy of Russia is
necessary for this purpose in the Caucasian region, but a policy, and not war.
Probably, he will estimate differently the place of Russia in huge spaces of
Eurasia, will understand, that today's primitive neo-imperialism only harms to
prestige on thoughtlessness of the power entrusted to him.
Probably
will guess, probably will understand … Only if he begins to read this wise
book. Our politicians, as shown by time, in general read nothing. Even «Hazhi-Murat»
of Tolstoy
was not mastered.
