information on large-scale fights in foothill and mountain areas of
the country, division of Chechen mujahideen continue to keep the
military initiative, striking massive raids on the opponent and
attacking places of deployment of aggressors. Twenty-five common
military divisions and about 50 operative groups actively operate in
Shalinsky, Kurchaloyevsky, Vedensky, Urus-Martanovsky, Nojai-Yurtovsky,
Groznensko-selsky districts of the country.
