In
ancient Rome, there was a custom: if there was any important event, whose
organizers were unknown, firstly was put a question: TO WHOM IS IT FAVORABLE? In
the prevailing situation today of propaganda sensation, this question for some
reason is tried not to set. And just for no purpose. We shall try to consider
some variants of the answer to it.
Variant
1. Organizers are Muslims (any states or large organizations).
What
are the consequences? - Obvious infringement of the Muslim right – Shari’ah,
which strictly prohibiting murder of innocent people. Acts of terrorism were
accomplished not in conditions of war, not in relation of an aggressor and not
within the framework of necessary self-defense. Some thousand peaceful citizens,
nothing threatening to Muslims among whom were not less than 500 Arabs –
Muslims were lost; working mosque for 1500 praying inside a skyscraper was
destroyed; growth of anti-Muslim behavior began from the countries of the West,
there is a slander on Islam, there is a loss of favorable commercial positions,
there are difficulties with visas and residence permit, obstacles in normal
religious activity.
What
is its benefit to Muslims? There is no benefit except losses.
Conclusion:
Any one among Muslims on the religious bases could not make such action. Even if
among terrorists there were the persons relating to Muslim tradition, this
action is a crime, which they have made contrary to this tradition and should
answer not only under civil laws, but also to Shari’ah - as any usual criminal.
Noisy campaign in MASS MEDIA on accusation of Islam and Muslims reminds a plot
from «Auditor» N.V.Gogolja, when one personage, ordered to cut the
under-officer widow, then was justified so: «she has cut herself!» Attempt «to
cut» Muslims proceeds obviously not from Muslims.
Variant
2. Organizers - Palestinians
What
consequences? - USA began to consider the Palestine Liberation Organization
through a prism of known terrorist Ariel Sharon, from whose blessing, besides
fine acts of terrorism, act of massive genocide was accomplished - destroyed 7
thousand peaceful refugees in camps of Sabra and Shatila. Hopes of Palestinians
for creation of the state dispel though last years, after disintegration of the
USSR, Palestinians have only one reliable partner - USA. What benefit to
Palestinians? There is no benefit except losses.
Variant
3. Organizers - special services of Israel, first of all «Mossad», or the
international Jewish extremist organizations connected to it (including
Americans).
What
are consequences? - Look above variants 1 and 2. What benefit to Israel? - In
all directions. In conditions of peace there is growth of the Islam all over the
world, there is an easing situation for the Muslim countries, which do not want
to recognize lawful occupation of another's grounds by Israel; Islam - religion
preaching original monotheism, cleared from pagan- Judaic nazism. Israel manages
to set Christian public against Muslims, to colloid two largest religions of the
world so Christians, going on an occasion to Israel, become its «fighting
elephant». Israel restricts the Arabian countries in commercial activity and
becomes the central partner not only of USA, but also of the Western Europe,
where anti-Israeli regimes today are strong. Israel is incorporated to «civilized
West», exposing itself by its stronghold in struggle against «Muslim
fundamentalism». Under pretext of struggle against terrorism, Israel receives
the right without punishment to make acts of terror against Palestinian
population in occupied territories. Israel receives an opportunity «to knock
down» Palestinians to compel them to go on negotiations on anyone of a
concession, to fix and legitimate actual annexation of another's property.
Whether
it was necessary to go for the sake of all these benefits on risky and scale
provocation, when the death-roll can appear more, than in Sabra and Shatila, and
- Americans? It will be difficult to receive answer to this question, however,
direct interest is available.
Variant
4. Organizers - international financial mafia standing up for euro and trying to
devalue dollar.
As
is known, already for a long time, there is a struggle for readjustment of the
world between American financial clan with the center just in those destroyed
skyscrapers (Rokfeller and company) and the European oligarchic capital (Rotshild
and company, Israel) with the centers in London and Switzerland (in which knives
for terrorists were made). Last side actively unites Europe and has achieved
introduction of uniform currency, which starts to restrict dollar.
American
central mafia has struck euro, having arranged absolutely senseless from the
military and political point of view and criminal bombardments from the moral
point of view of economic and inhabited objects in Yugoslavia. And entire policy
of USA on the Balkan is reduced to maintenance there of «controlled conflict»,
which at any moment can be inflated (for the sake of it, even to drug dealers
and revolutionaries - Maoist of the Albanian origin try to give image of «mujahideen»).
Has washed off bombardments and chaos in territory of former Yugoslavia - in
destabilization of conditions in Europe with the purpose of downturn of euro.
The purpose was achieved. Whether there is a recent action in USA retaliation,
impact on dollar and on its main keepers, the conducting experts, who are taking
place in destroyed buildings of WTC of New York? In this sense, it is necessary
to search for a parallel not with explosions of apartment houses in Moscow and Buinaksk,
and with murder of president John Kennedy - for covering this crime was used
certain Oswald, quickly eliminated. Here special services find the known
terrorist, the agent of CIA and British intelligence Osama bin Laden, something
not divided with the owners (it is possible, incomes from narcotics), and with
the help of simple provocations (the «found» machine with the Arabian
instruction of driving of planes, where actually all in English, and the Koran
with autograph of Bin Laden reminds the ticket of Communist Party found in a
pocket of instigator Reichstag in 1933) and massed processing of a public
opinion in MASS MEDIA start up investigation on a false trace.
What
are the benefits of the European oligarchy? - The most obvious. Moral impact of
enormous force is put on prestige of USA, on their role of conducting power in
the world. Conditions in USA more cannot be considered as a sample of stability
- at any moment FBI can miss still the worse impact. USA and Christian world is
pitted against the Muslim world while the European countries will take more
moderate position and will start to draw sympathies of the Muslim countries for
it. Russia with its huge raw resource and competitive potential can be
neutralized and is finally leave from political and international-economic stage
as for Russia opposition of Christian and Muslim factors means fundamental
internal split, which in conditions of economic instability and growth of
separatism sharply is capable to stimulate disintegration on similarity of USSR
(soft variant) or Yugoslavia (if Russia will follow tastes of «Christian West»
in connection with Islamophobia).
Variant
5. Organizers - certain international forces interested in the beginning of
third world war (military-industrial mafia, narcotics trade etc.).
As
the forces interested in self-destruction find difficultly, carried out global
provocation on collision of Christians and Muslims of all world so that this
chain reaction should involve other forces in this conflict. What is the benefit
from it? - Increase of military orders - already is available: President of USA
has received from the congress instead of 20 requested billions dollars for
"counter-terrorist operation" the whole 40 billion! Special services
receive additional financing, he unties hands for any operations, including in
the mercenary purposes. They take under control narcotic dealers, and similarly
traders of arms throughout the world, due to which personal incomes of the
workers of the struggle against terrorism may increase in a geometric progress
For
the benefit of what among variants speak features of acts of terrorism?
1.
Acts of terrorism are organized at the supreme professional level - praised
special services of USA (as though) nothing knew about these acts, have not
fixed flight of planes on the major objects of USA, switching the Pentagon,
within day after actions did not know, that what is happening, and what can be
expected still. Navigation of planes and terrestrial radars someone were
switched - off. Planes have hit the mark with laser accuracy, and the plane,
which has fallen on the Pentagon, has got precisely in a department on struggle
against international terrorism. It hardly could be organized by singles or
groups, which are not having connections with special services of USA.

among the same agents of CIA.

for people with the weakened intelligence. If the car with the instruction on
