and irrevocably to solve an Islamic question. For the Kremlin of neutralization
of pressure of the West, with his constant rhetoric about human rights, on a
ground in Stalin times, effective ways of decisions of national and religious
problems is very important. And if for internal use (forcing of anti-Islamic,
anti-Chechen hysteria), beating with cynicism were carried out explosions of
apartment houses in the Russian cities, then it is possible to assume, that for
achievement of the geo-politic purposes, more large-scale provocations could be
started.

Caucasus and Central Asia, open aggression against Afghanistan, inflating of a
religious opposition on the Crimean peninsula.

American influence on the post-Soviet space and in Europe. Moscow received
Eastern unique opportunity showing solidarity with America in struggle against
