On
Friday, leadership of Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan issued an announcement, in
which it has warned neighboring countries not to allow the use of their
territories for aggression against Afghanistan. Amir Mullah
Omar
called Muslims of entire world to prepare for sacred Jihad as United States and
West intend to declare war against Islam.
«If
any of the neighboring countries will give its territory or air space for an
attack on Afghanistan, we do not exclude an opportunity of counter-attack on
this country», - Mullah
Omar
emphasized. «We shall be compelled to send our mujahideen to territory of these
countries, they will bear responsibility for consequences», - he declared.

spoke
on Shariah radio. He categorically rejected any participation of Osama bin Laden
in the attacks on USA on last Tuesday and declared, that accusations to address
Bin Laden is only a pretext for attacks on religion Islam. «The issue is not
only about Osama, but in fact they do not want to see fortification of Islam. In
Afghanistan, true Muslims are living, and true Islam is prevailing here. They
perceive danger in it …
But
to be afraid of death is not in nature of a Muslim. Nobody will avoid death. But
whether better to die with belief in Allah, than in cowardice and disbelief!

in Kandahar informs, that Afghani leader reminded in his radio statement, that
for last two centuries, two largest empires of the world i.e. British and Soviet
Union tried to subdue Afghanistan - but have suffered catastrophic defeat.
In
the meantime, administration of Pakistan after holding many hours session of the
government and Security Council has made the decision to support actions of USA
against Afghanistan at all levels. Thus Pervez Musharraf was compelled to tell
lies to the citizens that as a result of explosions in USA were lost, supposedly,
more than 600 Pakistanis. It is known, that Americans offer Islamabad to open
air space of Pakistan for military planes of USA. Soon
after the end of session of the council of security of Pakistan, President of
USA called Musharraf and thanked for his support.
Since
Thursday reports are coming that large military divisions of Pakistan are given
in alertness on border with Afghanistan began to come. Many analytics consider,
that decision of Musharraf is dangerous on the consequences. And the main danger
is not awaited so much from Taliban, but from its own citizens, majority of whom
support Afghans. According to observers, the decision of the Pakistan
authorities can provoke civil war.
Various
news agencies inform about transfer of American armies to Persian lough and
India. All over the world on military bases of USA activity is observed. The
ships are loaded with rockets. Additional divisions arrive. The western
information sources specify that in process of strengthening of suspicions of
Washington that Osama bin Laden is involved in the attacks on USA, leaders of
the Arabian countries express support to United States and readiness to
cooperate with Washington, trying to show the non-participation in attacks on
USA.
Unite
Arab Emirates, one of few countries recognized Afghanistan after coming to power
of the Taliban, have declared on the eve, that they will reconsider nature of
the relations with Kabul. US Official regarded this announcement as an actual
severance of diplomatic relations between United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan. However,
late in the evening on Saturday came reports that UAE will not cut off its
relations with Afghanistan. High-ranking representative of UAE announced this.
On
Saturday George Bush has spoke to the nation. He for the first time, from the
moment of attacks on USA, has publicly declared, that the main suspected in the
organization of attacks is Osama bin Laden. Bush called Americans to prepare for
long war in which, according to American president, USA will win. Bush declared,
that war which America is going to engage, has one feature – «it will not
have field of fight - the enemy considers, that he will remain the invisible
being, but he is deeply mistaken». American Mass Media continue to inform
that query of population indicate that majority of Americans are in favor of
massive actions of punishment for organizer of attacks on USA.
However,
all in USA don't share the claim of Bush in victory. On Saturday, academic Noam
Chomsky - famous for
critics on foreign policy of USA, announced, «action of punishment for the
occurred terrorist action will be real gift for Osama bin Laden». In his
interview with Mexican newspaper La Jornada, Chomsky
announced that «terrorist attacks against USA conduct new type of war, as a
result of which «heroic America» will become victorious and its opponent and
sample people will suffer. Academic similarly offered the suggestion that «massive
military response on behalf of USA will cause more worse terror as a reaction.
In
the meantime, in Afghanistan the martial law has been declared. On the order of
Islamic authorities, tens of thousand of Afghans have been delivered arms. In
each settlement long-term fortifications for conducting long war are constructed.
The heavy engineering of the Afghani army, system of air defense and rocket
installations are installed on borders of the country on all perimeter. The
leadership of Afghanistan has passed to military regime of their activity.
