Explosion
in a building of occupation administration in Johar city became not simply next
subversive action of mujahideen. This explosion clearly demonstrated to Kremlin,
that even the threefold barrage and unprecedented measures of guards will not
rescue puppets and traitors from fair reprisal of their own people. Explosion
thundered about 11 o’clock on local time (at 12 Moscow time). Force of
explosion was so strong, that it was heard practically in the whole city. Real
panic reigned within 40 minutes in building of occupation administration and in
courtyard. Kadyrov, Ilyasov, Russian generals and associates of occupation
administration hastily left the building, not having come near to their vehicles.
The
crowd of participants at the moment of explosion of pro-Moscow officials sought
safety in flight in terrible pushing. First of all jumped Kadyrov from the
building and under a cover of several personal of security guards ran towards
the nearest of block-post. From there Kadyrov get into an armored personnel
carrier and immediately left for Khankala. Initial reports about the
wounding of Kadyrov did not prove to be true. However, the statement of Moscow
that only one woman - employee of the department of occupation administration
was lost, does not represent the facts. According to Chechen side as a result of
explosion were destroyed, at least 8 invaders were killed from among the
so-called internal guards of administrative complex. More than 15 soldiers were
wounded.
The
Russian side has issued different stories. In the initial story, it was said that
there was an explosion in the courtyard of a building. Then it was declared,
that 400 grams of Trotyl in one of toilets has been detonated. The source in
city occupation commandant's office has informed, that explosive was placed in a
room under the hall of session. Chechen side declared, that subversive action
was carried out in accordance with the plan of special measure on destruction of
administrative board of national-traitors and occupation grouping of Russian
troops. Two explosions were made at the same time.
One
explosive device was with power of more than one kg of Trotyl in a place under
hall of session and the second of capacity up to 30 kg of Trotyl - in a
courtyard of the building near to KPP (controlled
passing post).
Some officials of administration of Kadyrov received wounds. Command of Chechen
mujahideen informed, that similar actions would continue. On some
information’s, occupation command has made a decision to transfer the
administration of Kadyrov back to Khankala till the "time of creating
secure working conditions". It is said that Kadyrov himself, having arrived
in Khankala, at once began to call Moscow and to complain of insufficient guards
of his administration.
At
the same time, information on subversive action in Johar city became known, that
fighters of special divisions of known Chechen commander Dokka Umarov shot down
two Russian combat helicopters MI-8 and МI-24
on border of Itum-Kalinsky and Shatoyevsky regions. As a result of direct hit
from antiaircraft rocket system Strela of Russian made, the helicopters
were destroyed and at least 8 invaders seated in helicopter MI-8 and up to
15 invaders in helicopter MI-24 were killed. Dokka Umarov in telephonic
interview with agency Kavkaz-Center confirmed this information, having declared,
that in arms of Chechen troops are available enough number of portable air
rocket complexes of Russian, American and English manufacture, what can put
sensitive damage to the opponent.
