Andrey
Derevyankin was jailed in Soviet time for anti-soviet propaganda. During "democracy"
of Yeltsin, he again was sent to prison for not having sustained rudeness of the
security officers, who are carrying out search in a premise in which he was,
called on the way of one of them on a clock. When the second Russian - Chechen
war began, Andrey without hesitation entered Movement for independence of
Chechen Republic and began to hold demonstrations before residence of the
so-called Patriarch, protesting against humiliating policies of Russian clergy.
And
then he went to Saratov and there started to hang out anti-war leaflets,
bulletins of Kavkaz - center and general Staff of armed Forces of Republic of
Ichkeria, and also newspaper "Separatist", in military station, and in
territory of the largest in Russia military - air base. Initially military men,
security officers and pilots were a little stunned by similar impudence. They
furiously tore these leaflets, but Andrey hung out them again and again. At all
not hiding himself, and not thinking to be conspired. Moreover, considering,
that peaceful way will not succeed to force to stop Russian political leadership
from criminal massacre in Caucasus, he called the fellow citizens for more
resolute actions. That is, to overthrow Kremlin clique of executioners of
Chechen people.
Andrey
created radical religious associations, on whose internet-site, appeals have
appeared to create fighting groups and to prepare for the future revolution in
Russia. Attempts were made "to talk" to him. He called on phone and
told, how military men came to his home and threatened him. He was not appeased.
He considered Putin as the state criminal, who is guilty not only in kindling of
the second war in Caucasus, but also the organizer of explosions in Moscow in
autumn of 1999. And he did not want to be silent about it as those, who are
silent, even though considering the case in the same way. Andrey did not create
armed groups, but he only expressed his opinion. Nevertheless, he was condemned
for creation of such armed formations! Under article 208 of UK of Russian
Federation!!
Probably,
in a normal, democratic society similar actions can be considered as extremism.
But in a normal society, is it possible counter-terrorist operation "as a
result of which for two years, were destroyed already more than hundred THOUSAND
person of the helpless population "? In a normal society, is it possible,
that for last seven years on tiny five-Copeck coin like ground, which the state
claims to be its "territory", was transformed into ruins or FIVE
cities and majority of settlements were destroyed almost completely? Is it
possible in the normal democratic multinational state to lead probably universal
destruction of one nation only because that it dared to demand independence?
Andrey
Derevyankin with extremism of single - dissident dared to oppose similar STATE
extremism and terrorism. But it was helpless extremism. The pilots bombing
Chechen houses, he called for conscientiousness. He appealed to fair people to
struggle against criminal regime. And that, and other similar attempts are
absolutely hopeless business in today's Russia. It is not clear, why authorities
so were frightened of his desperate leaflets. There will be no, alas, revolts
here, even simply conscious mass protest. Hungry revolts still are possible, and
those might happen hardly.
But
they were seriously frightened. Andrey was arrested on May 6 of the last year
and was sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment. Juries - simple Soviet citizens,
who too hotly approve destruction of Chechen people and Putin’s policy, judged
him. And that is normal Russian destiny… the Scaffold from authorities and
stones in back from crowd. But it does not cause surprise. The surprise is
caused by position of some dissident democrats and democratic dissidents, who,
generally think in the same way as Andrey, and have no any illusions concerning
the prospects of our common future, however it will hasten to revive from
Derevyankin as from "extremist"!
He,
if you see, attempted on «sacred» - nice to heart of the moderate democrat
idea about possible dialogue with authority. He, if you see, does not want to
cooperate with executioners and chastisers. He, what criminal, calls to
overthrow toilet piss, Putin! And what about “democratic procedure",
"national will" and other? In their opinion, Chechens too should meet
Russian tanks in the square of «Minutka» with peaceful posters and reproachful
speeches? And differently, may My God protect me, you see, the sacred right of
executioners on execution will be violated!
I
do not justify extremism. Andrey Derevuyankin's extremism and everyone, who
conducts unequal struggle against the fascist state, does not require
justification. He in anything is not guilty. Similar "extremism" is
only normal reaction of the normal person, to abnormal conditions of life. If
the state violates human rights, people have the right to revolt. If the state
destroys people - revolt from the right turns to a duty of any and each citizen.
And else, is refusal to the right on life. It is refusal from himself and his
children.
