There
are leaders in meatpacking plants, who first enter into cattle-cote, and execute
slaughtering of captive herd. The trained animal jumps out in an opposite gate,
and herd captivated by him remains in the closed premise, an exit from which is
only on slaughter. Such leader at combines is named "goat-provoker".
In
our case are also similar goats – provokers, not one by ten, but at all one
hundred percent. Nevertheless attention is focused on the main
goats-provoker, who carried out one of the meanest provocations in modern
history of notorious "meat-packing plant" under the name of Russia.

Chechens would not stay aside. And the one who will call for non-interference to
" the Russian affairs " will divide people in two. If gangsters came
into the house of your brother and started to kill his family and to mock at his
wife and daughter, and you are not "exited on provocation ", then
don’t dirt this world with your presence. So not small part of the Chechen
society thinks in this way.
Murders
and pogroms of Muslims have begun in Tsumada and Botlih. The second impact
already more massed and thorough has put on Karamahi and Chabanmahi, with
application of artillery and aircraft. The agreement signed by Stepashin,
appeared suitable for Putin’s toilet. But for Muslims, there was no use for
the banal reason – because Muslims use water.
In
1992 so-called "Osetino-Inguish conflict", organized by Kremlin, the

1994, in Mineralnih Vodah region, certain Chechens were taken hostages. The
helicopter on the spot was given to them and "demand" to pay the
repayment of 10 million dollars was instantly fulfilled. Gangsters, naturally,
were directed by the helicopter to Chechen Republics, and where else, because
target was Chechen Republic. But here mistake has left, the Chechen president
prepared group for their capture. Terrorists were neutralized and together with
money under the act were handed over to Russian. In a consequence Russian
declared, that one million out of ten, terrorists have scattered from air above
territory of Ichkeria, and sowed some good.
Thus,
someone has pocketed one million dollars, and in a coin box of provocations
entered one more " Chechen act of terrorism ". Though, there were
neither hearing, nor spirit about "terrorists" after that incident.
What for, more than once still will be useful. These were useful. Some days back
was " hijacked" the bus in Stavropol territory, in accurate to a peace
march in Moscow.
It
was considered in Kremlin, that situation of Chechen state is fatally dangerous
to Moscow. Therefore decided to operate by a principle - target justifies means.
Means chose eternal Russian argument - war. Having lost in 1996, Kremlin began
carefully preparation for new war.
Finally
Kremlin passed political decision on invasion of Ichkeria in March 1999.
Stepashin repeatedly and publicly declared it, as he was one of developers of
new tactics and strategy of war on Caucasus. This plan was meant for capture of
northern Chechen territories over Terek and provocation of civil war between
Chechens. Anyhow ground was prepared. Practically all agents of FSB sat in the
Chechen governmental corridors and daily provoked a situation. Now these agents
sit in occupational administration in Gudermes or abroad.
War
was predetermined long before Dagestan events. Guys,
there is war, take guns, and the clock does not rush to eyes, when shout -
" native land in danger ". We have burnt Reichstag, and have
transformed Grozny to Dresden 45th. That all of them speak about
peace, about good-neighborhood. Here war is extremely necessary, and that people
too on new private residences began to be proud. Whether presidents allow such?
Start motors, move tanks, it is necessary to create a situation more awfully and
more oppositely physiognomies of the receiver in the country, and otherwise the
Russian person does not understand that, for whom it is necessary to vote.
Attacks
were made on Karamahinian in Dagestan, their main fault, was that they did
not extended armed help to Tsumadinian. Russian MASS-MEDIA explained vigorously:
- "There are drugs, you understand, they make, the uttermost Sharia’t
have been established ". Well, if Sharia’t, then only bombs. But
Stepashin was forced to resign from the post of Prime Minister. Interestingly,

after introduction of laws of Sharia’t.
Fights
in Karamahi and Chabanmahi lasted for one week. Completely having surrounded
villages, Russian undertook storm after storm. Children and women were declared
terrorists and no one was let out from villages. All was destroyed in succession.
On the request of mujahideen to stop fire for the period for an exit from
settlements of women and children, Russian answered with increasing of fire. The
artillery and aircraft worked, as if broke through line of Mannergeima. It was
clear, that Russian completely decided to destroy the population of two
Daghestani villages, which dared to declare Sharia’t.
Before
Muslims of Ichkeria and Dagestan, there was one question, what to do in a
situation when in front of your eyes are carried out massacre of your brothers
and sisters? Moslems have not the right to argue, as non-Muslims do. All it was
clear, that this war was against the Chechen state, but the decision on any
thing is in hands of Almighty. Allied forces of mujahideen struck on Russian
aggressors, rescuing lives of their brothers and sisters. In the Kremlin at once
echoed - " Kerns attacked on us". Yeltsin foundling cried out in
prepared air, only Russian that at once and to all, it was clear and also to
lovely soul - " To wet all in a toilet "! It is probably due to it, so
that nobody could approach to bath.
