Chechen commandment reports
about large-scale punitive actions, which were carried out by Russian
occupational-terrorist formations on considerable territories of the country
during last week. According to data
of Chechen commandment 3 thousand civilians were taken to hostage during massive
punitive actions of occupants in several populated areas of the country. About 400 people were killed or missed. During Friday, Saturday and all Sunday, according to
information of Chechen sources, battles were occurring with Russian aggressors
who were blocking Alkhan-Kala from the last Thursday.
There is not concrete data about losses on the sides, however Chechen
commandment reports that according to data for Sunday evening about 20
mujahideen died during armed clashes with occupants near Alkhan-Kala.
180 aggressors were destroyed on Russian side.
Russians used 700 units of armored machines and up to 8 thousand soldiers
in punitive action in Alkhan-Kala. According
to data of Chechen side 58 civilians were killed, including 17 children up to 14
years and 15 women during the punitive action.
500 men, aging from 10 to 75 years, were taken to hostage.
Chechen side officially
confirmed that commander of Islamic regiment for special assignment Arbi Baraev
became a Shahid. Amir of ‘Al-Bara” subdivision died with Baraev in battle
against the enemy.
Violent battle with aggressors also occurred in region
of populated area in Jani-Vedeno. Mobile
detachment of Chechen mujahideen attacked armored convoy of aggressors, which
was moving in direction of Dargo village. Chechen
combatants during two hours fired aggressors from grenade throwers and
machineguns. At least 3 units of armored machines were blown down.
12 soldiers of the enemy were killed.
2 mujahideen became Shahids and several mujahideen were wounded on
Chechen side.
Series
of successful diversion actions were performed in Johar, Achkhoi-Martan,
Gudermes, Dishni-Vedeno and Shali. URAL and two BTR were blown up in capital.
9 Russian soldiers were killed.
BRDM
was blown up in Shali; three occupants were destroyed. Commandment office building was destroyed in
Dyshni-Vedeno. During short
crossfire with aggressors 4 occupants were killed.
BTR was exploded on a radio-directed land mine in Gudermes.
The explosion took pace near railway station; 4 aggressors were killed.
Amir Abu-Valid reported to our correspondent about blowing up 2 units of
armored machines of the enemy in Achkhoi-Martan. The explosions occurred on last
weekend. At least 7 aggressors were killed during the attacks.
