Sadism
at the age of 10
10-year-old
(!) murderer was detained recently by workers of criminal investigation
department of the East district, department for internal affairs “Golianovo”
and 2nd section of Moscow criminal investigation department.
The child and his older friends are suspected of beating a harmless
vagabond to death. The only thing
that can rescue the teenagers is the results of expert evaluation.
It is possible that the homeless man died not of beating but “a natural
death”.
The
dead person, a Muscovite of pension age, in reality possessed his own flat but
fell out with his son and turned out to be in the street.
Alongside similar scruffs the aged homeless settled down under a recess
balcony of a house on Shelkovskoye highway.
The fatal meeting of representatives of different generations took place
here on Thursday evening. Three
friends, 10, 12 and 16 years old, were mooching about the district.
Later they told investigators that prior to committing the crime they
drank two bottles of vodka. The
children told the tramps to leave voluntarily: that’s foreign territory they
claimed and only people who belong to the place can drink there.
Almost all tramps retreated but the “indigenous” dweller explained
that he had nowhere to go. Then the
young sadists as if went completely berserk.
They beat the poor man with sticks, bottles until he lost consciousness.
The friends departed with the feeling of fulfilled duty and the next
morning passers-by found the body of the dead tramp. Several hours later the children were already giving their
testimonies.
At
the school, where the youngest in the company (the middle by the way has long
abandoned the educational institution), they talk about their pupil with sadness.
He and his older brother were raised by the mother-boozer but whereas the
first son is very kind and ready to help (he studies at the same school) the
second one is renowned first of all for his aggression.
He is large, friends called him Winnie the Pooh; he was not on friendly
terms with his classmates preferring older friends from the place of residence.
This year Winnie the Pooh finished the fourth grade; he studied rather
poorly, and recently almost beat his mother.
Possibly, the fellow felt hatred towards drinkers from childhood and thus
a common homeless man evoked such aggression. By the way, the third participant of the beating, an
eight-grade pupil, has an even more resounding nickname (Duke of Darkness) and
this unintentionally gives one an idea of the involvement of the friends in some
sect. Now, however, everything in
the case depends on the results of medical assessment, which is to determine
what the homeless died of.
