Occupational
grouping in Chechnya is in condition of prostration.
By announcing victory Russian generals like maniacs are trying to prove
themselves and to the entire world that this victory is not a bluff. Because
they do not succeed to demonstrate the “army of Paul” after Stalinigrad they
have to satisfy form video-records of civilians exhausted by terrible tortures.
All helplessness of occupant’s situation can be observed from
statements and declarations of Troshev who long ago supplanted Manilov from TV
screens. “Chechen combatants must be publicly hanged on squares.” “We
should offer the combatants to lay down arms.
If they do so, let them settle in their houses and live peacefully under
responsibility of their relatives.”
It
is evident, that failure of military adventure on Caucasus forces Kremlin to
seek for a way out of situation, which according to plan of Moscow, will be able
to save the organizers of bloody massacre from responsibility. The ideal variant
of solving “Chechen issue” for Kremlin is still a physical extermination of
Chechen nation and bringing its number to critical figure, which in the end will
force Chechens to give up from resistance.
Exactly this strategy is dominating one in actions of Moscow in Caucasus.
Kremlin feels on its own back the impending catastrophe, that’s why
total terror against civilians in CRI became almost the only mean to achieve so
desired victory that was announced, but is as far as it was in winter of 1994.
During last month massive murdering of Chechens practically reached the
level that was in winter 200-2001 when heavy battles for towns and villages of
CRI were fought.
If earlier instruments of extermination of people were planes, guns and
tanks, know they kill by tortures, concentration camps and so-called “special
subdivisions”, which act in different regions of the country.
Russian
squadrons of death attack and kill civilians by avoiding mujahideen in all
possible ways. These
murders bear a clear demonstrative character with particular cruelty and
enormity. People are not just killed.
They are tortured and taunted with particular refinement.
Corpses are threw into villages with evident aim to psychologically
influence upon civilians.
The goal of “squadrons of death” is to psychologically suppress the
nation’s will to resistance and is an attempt to give a rise to feeling of
helplessness and fear.
According to data of Chechen side by various ways from 30 to 70 civilians
are killed in CRI every day.
The latest example of single-minded savage reprisal upon civilians is a
story with revealing five tormented corpses, which were crippled beyond
recognition. Russian
immediately without a shame declared that “traces of plural shrapnel wounds
are seen on the corpses.”
Only two corpses out of five were identified. These were dwellers of
Kurchaloi village Magomadov Vakha, a former director of Chechen satellite
communication and his friend Chimaev Khasan. Three corpses were never identified.
“Plural shrapnel wounds “ turned out to be traces of monstrous
tortures.
Eyes
putted out, broken extremities, noses and ears cut off, seared crosses on the
spines, scalped skulls, hundreds of thrusts in genital areas and on whole bodies,
crushed pelvic bones and so on.
Every doctor or psychologist will say to you that only perverted men who
gets pleasure from the process of torturing can taunt upon person in such a way.
Russian army in Chechnya turned to collective Chikotilo long ago maddened
from oceans of people blood and total impunity.
Vladimir Putin a “baistruk” with false biography and constant feeling
of self inferiority is a father and mother of collective Chikatilo.
And if earlier any personage of Russian criminal world could not compete
with image of Chikatilo, today one can state with certainty that Putin eclipsed
Chikatilo and not only by number of performed murders.
In front of us is a maniac with all classic collection of psychological
characteristics who differs from Chikatilo in that he gives a ritual character
to his crimes by interpreting extermination of a whole nation with a religious
cult of Satanism.
