agency France-Press reports with reference to a representative of the
vice-president of CRI Vakha Arsanov that two Russian planes were really shot
down in the south of Argun Gorge with the help of a "Stinger".
Vakha Arsanov himself stated through his representative that Chechen
forces of Anti-Aircraft Defense intend to gain control over all the air space of
CRI.
Subdivisions of Chechen armed
forces show increasing activity practically over the entire territory of the
country. In the last two days
crossfire and clashes with the enemy took place in Sharoi and Itum-Kali regions
of CRI. Chechen commandment reports
of an hour-long battle between mujahideen and Russian occupational-terrorist
formations group in the region of settlement Ushkaloi.
As the Chechen side reports, in the course of the battle 8 aggressors
were destroyed and 2-battle paratrooper cars war burned.
Aggressors used helicopters and heavy artillery.
However, Chechen combatans managed to retreat to their bases without
substantial losses. 3 mujahideen
were injured. Battle engagements
also occurred around the settlement Zonakh.
Here, a mobile group of mujahideen fired at a war convoy of aggressors,
destroying a BTR troop carrier and 4 Russian mercenaries.

Johar, in Staropromyslovski district of the capital, a diversion group from the
complement of the subdivision under Amir Abu-Valid exploded a car UAZ with four
OMON (special police) men. All the
four were killed on the spot. In the

According to the data of the
Chechen side, as a result of diversion actions in Gudermes and Argun 3 units of
armored enginery and 2 vehicles URAL were burned down.
Altogether in the last day and night about 30 aggressors were destroyed
and at least 10 units of various war enginery of the enemy were burned.
Commander of the Islamic
regiment of special function Arbi Baraev reported that his fighters brought into
effect the sentence of the Shariat court over the head of the occupational
administration of the village Gekhi. In the words of Baraev, he was killed in his own house with a
Russian officer, who was on a visit at the national traitor's.
In the course of the crossfire that arised his wife died as well.

On
Friday, in the second part of the day Arbi Baraev went home to the village
Alkhan-Kala. As Baraev reported, 20
minutes after his arrival home Russian aviation launched a rocket strike at the
house. However, literally several
seconds prior to the attack Baraev left the house with his guards.

Only one
mujahideen received a light injury of the hand with the rocket shrapnel’s.
Baraev himself did not suffer.
Russian
occupants continue the practice of single-minded murdering of civilians of CRI.
Not far from the village Pobedenskoye and Pervomayskoye, bodies of seven
people were discovered in a plantation. All
of them are young people, the youngest being 15.
Six of the murdered were identified; they are dwellers of the village
Pobedenskoye. In 1.5 km from the village Elistanji, Vedeno region, two cars
"Audi" and "Volga" shot with bullets were found. In the first of them bodies with gunshot wounds were
discovered, while in the second one bodies of two killed local dwellers.
Local residents state that Russian occupants committed the murders.
Russian side factually admitted its involvement in the mass killing of
civilian Chechens by announcing the arrest of 19 soldiers.
