book of B.Mironov about 200 - years social history of Russia from Peter till
October, tells that "Russians need cliotherapy" - treatment by history.
In other words, the knowledge of true history will bring katarsis – cleaning
to them. But after scandalous interview of commander of the allied grouping of
federal armies in Northern Caucasus, General Troshev with newspaper “Izvestia”,
we don’t trust in kliotherapy. Here, psychotherapy is necessary. The mind of
Troshev has obviously grown dull, if has come to slang of executioners: "I
would have done in this way: would have collected all in one area, would hitch
up the gangster, and would have hanged them, let’s everyone sees this!"
He is frank up to insanity and, most likely, due to his these qualities, he has
been appointed - the fan of "stolipin ties". In the decent states for
such sergeant delirium, he would have been dismissed without meditations. And
here, entertainment has left for news-dealers. We insist on that Troshev should
be passed for physical examination at psychiatrists. You see, it is difficult to
believe, that the person in senses will tell such about Chechen refugees: "
Approximately 15 out of 50 person of a house are ok, and they have simply
decided for "halva" to eat and live in Ingushitia.
This General -
murderer knows well, in what conditions live and what food is eaten by Chechen
refugees and we offer all this “halva” to him to cover the table for his

apartments with municipal services in the Chechen Republic ", scoffing on
sorrows of the wretched peaceful population, gallant Troshev frankly puts an end
to any hope for peace in Chechen Republic. He invites refugees from Ingushetia
back to ruins. Return, a pier, to native houses, and we gangsters shall declare
you and we shall hitch up, so that to hang you and all should see it. It would
be interesting to listen to opinion of moralist Solzhenitsyn on this occasion.
Troshev has been struck by one more offer: "Why America declares reward of
5 million dollars in case of Bin Ladin, and we hesitate? Let’s announce those
for whom, it is necessary, and tell: "In case of Basaev, Maskhadov and
Khattab, we give one million". Russia has lost much more sums on expenses
of two aggressive wars and this "wise" advice of the military leader,
testifies only that Russian, conducted by the heads, go in the same bog which
has drained in millions soldier, victims for Tsars and general secretaries.
Where is now "possession
of all Russia" - Malorossia, Izmail, Crimea, Turkestan, Elizavetpol and
Tiflis provinces, Karskaya area? Some have been hitched up, and some have been
deported, and some have been assimilated, and have been written down in united
Soviet people. Has not left, uncalled visitors have been asked to leave and
today’s Tiflis province is glimmering in NATO. However the habit to scorch and
hitch up - the second nature and Troshev serves as its example, continuing
business of graph Paskevich of Erivan, Ermolov of Kars, Skobelev, commander of
Levandov and of other murderers. This aspect overlooks in newspaper "Moscow
Komsomolets" as the virtuoso to a feather Mark Deich. It will be truer, if

Gennady Troshev: General! And what for someone else’s land to you?
