Countryman axed his parents when failed to borrow money from them

31-year-old dweller of the village Mochily of Serebryanoprudskoi region of the Moscow region axed his parents in daytime on Thursday.  It is unlikely that prison awaits the criminal: it is believed in the Prosecutor’s office that he has a serious psychological disorder.

As city department of internal affairs of Podmoskovie (near Moscow) reported to “MK” the man started to have problems with his mind already in youth.  Because of this he failed the fitness test for military service; he did not find a place in life either.  He never had a permanent job; sometimes, fellow villagers employed him for some petty household work but nothing more, and paid him exclusively with vodka.

The man led a solitary existence, separate from parents and used to visit them only when he was short of money for drinks.  Exactly this happened on Thursday at about 15 o’clock.  However, 66-year-old mother and 60-year-old father of the drunker refused to subsidize him.

Then the boozer grasped an axe and began to pursue the pensioners in their house.  Forces were apparently unequal---the fanatic axed them both and dashed out of the house.  However, already in several hours he did not refrain himself and told to neighbors what he had done.  The latter called police immediately and the killer was arrested.  He is to undergo psychiatric examination in the nearest future.
