Russia is hostile to Georgia

Russsian, inspite of their actual and false announcements, don't want to withdraw their forces from Georgia.

The famous Georgian expert of politics, Ramaz Klimiashvili considers that Russo-Georgian relations have practically worsened after last year, when Vladimir Putin was selected as President of RF. In the interview with a number of Georgian Mass Media, Klimiashvili announced that one of the act of hostility with Georgian was the decision of new Russian President – to conduct visa system on Russo-Georgian border. According to him, implementation of visa routine between the two coutries created bewilderment in the world and as a result, it proved better for Georgia. Political expert is confident that implementation of visa system between Russia and Georgia shows “official split” between two countries, and in such conditions, he said, “it is not serious to conduct possibility of return to earlier position”. Moscow will not set up normal relations with President Shevardnadze, thus the most effective political circles in Russia are set on hostile relations with this man, said Ramaz Klimiashvili. According to him, “worse than the prevailing will not go relations between the two countries” and that is the reason Georgia must miximumly and solidly put the issue of Abkhazia and Southern Oseti on international arena.

News are roaming in Tbilisi about former chief of security services of Georgia, declared in the ivestigation of interpol and human rights organs of Georgia on accusation of organizing terrorist act against President Edward Shevardnadze in 1995, Igore Geogadze is preparing for return to Georgia. As announced on his press-conference by the leader of the single communist party, Panteleimon Georgadze, his son Igore well informed about the events occurring in the country and are planning to arrive to Georgia in the near future. According to him, Igore Georgadze is staying at Moscow at present. Leader of EKPG rejected information about Igore Georgadze that he may become President of Abkhazia and announced that similar roumors were spread by those, who are interested in defaming the authority of his son. Igore Georgadze, as former chief of security service, is personally known for participation in the assassination of ex-President of the country Zviada Gamsakhurdia, but as a professional, he will never show the list of agents of special service, marked leader of communists. “Many figures in this list are in power today”, announced Panteleimon Georgadze. It is essential that roumor of “return” of Georgadze to Georgia are regularly appearing in Tbilisi. Though all those observers, who to some extent pursue the Georgian affairs, mark that return of Igore Georgadze may happen only in the case of occupation of Georgia by Russian army.
